中新网拉萨6月14日电 (李林)13日,2026世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区选拔赛拉萨分区赛继续在拉萨举行。本次赛事自12日启幕,持续至14日。

赛事吸引了来自全国各地的21位优秀咖啡师同台竞技,其中有6位西藏选手。这种跨区域的人才交流,不仅有效提升了赛场的整体竞技水平,更为西藏咖啡从业者提供了宝贵的学习与交流机会。

为确保赛事的权威性,承办方特别邀请了10位国内及国际级评审专家,最终选拔出4名顶尖选手晋级全国总决赛,代表西藏赛区向更高荣誉发起冲击。

近年来,咖啡风潮在雪域高原蓬勃兴起,从奶渣咖啡、咸奶茶拿铁等特色饮品的研发,到当地咖啡豆培育的初步探索,西藏咖啡产业正展现出强劲的活力。此次世界咖啡冲煮大赛落户拉萨,旨在以赛促产、以赛育才,通过引入全国性乃至世界级的专业赛事体系,为西藏培养更多高素质的咖啡专业人才,进一步完善本地咖啡产业链条。

赛事由西藏自治区对外文化交流协会、西藏自治区文化产业协会等联合承办。(完)

Lhasa, June 14 (Xinhua) -- On the 13th, the Lhasa Division of the 2026 World Coffee Brewing Competition China Selection Competition continued to be held in Lhasa. This competition will start on the 12th and last until the 14th.

The competition attracted 21 excellent baristas from all over the country to compete on the same stage, including 6 Xizang players. This cross regional talent exchange not only effectively improved the overall competitive level of the venue, but also provided valuable learning and exchange opportunities for Xizang coffee practitioners.

In order to ensure the authority of the event, the organizer specially invited 10 domestic and international evaluation experts, and finally selected 4 top players to advance to the national finals, to launch an attack on higher honors on behalf of the Xizang competition area.

In recent years, the coffee boom has flourished on the snow covered plateau. From the research and development of characteristic drinks such as milk coffee and salty milk tea lattes to the initial exploration of local coffee bean cultivation, Xizang's coffee industry is showing strong vitality. The World Coffee Brewing Competition was settled in Lhasa, aiming at promoting production and cultivating talents through competition. Through the introduction of a national and even world-class professional competition system, it aims to train more high-quality coffee professionals for Xizang and further improve the local coffee industry chain.

The event was jointly organized by the Xizang Autonomous Region Association for Foreign Cultural Exchanges and the Xizang Autonomous Region Cultural Industry Association. (End)
