6月12日-6月14日,2026云岩第三季咖啡文化活动“咖啡集结啡你不可”在贵阳新印1950文创园正式开幕。为期三天的咖啡盛宴,集结60余家海内外咖啡品牌、专业赛事选手与资深咖友。复古工业风场馆撞上醇厚咖啡香气,手冲细水流淌、磨豆机轻鸣、人声笑语交织,热闹鲜活的现场,直观展现出贵阳愈发浓厚的咖啡消费氛围与多元的咖啡文化魅力。

本次咖啡市集自开幕便持续火热,园区内品牌摊位、赛事体验区、器具互动区人头攒动,长队不绝。不同于普通市集走马观花的打卡热潮,这里挤满了真正懂咖、爱咖的市民游客。
不少资深爱好者沉浸式逛展品鉴,反复打卡不同摊位的特色饮品。现场一位资深咖友一口气品鉴完三套组合咖啡,谈及频频打卡的缘由,她直言:“不是为了跟风打卡,是真的热爱咖啡,每一杯都有不一样的风味惊喜。”

“沿海城市的咖啡口味普遍偏清淡、清爽,适配快节奏生活。但贵州、西南这边口味偏重,大家更爱醇厚浓郁的口感。”主理人介绍,依托贵州得天独厚的山野资源,本地咖啡从不局限于传统配方,主打创意特调。
木姜子、山野鲜橘等本土特色风物,被巧妙融入咖啡之中,将山间清冽的自然气息与咖啡豆的焦香融合,层次丰富、辨识度十足。在他看来,贵阳咖啡市场一直保持着稳定热度,“平时店里生意一直很好,贵阳人喝咖啡的接受度和热爱度都很高。”小众山野特调,也成为贵阳咖啡区别于全国的独特标签。

全程经营中,她格外细致耐心,每接待一位顾客,都会引导大家先闻咖啡干香、再品湿香,逐一详细讲解豆子产地、风味特点与萃取技巧,温柔又专业。
备战咖啡大赛的她,这次特意前来贵阳交流学习,谈及这座城市的咖啡氛围,她由衷地感慨:“这是我第一次来贵阳,这里的咖啡文化真的非常活跃,是名副其实的咖啡之城。”她表示,贵阳是个舒适的休闲城市,贵阳本地人真正享受咖啡、热爱咖啡,氛围纯粹又浓厚。
来自温州的土狗咖啡主理人,更是直言两地饮咖氛围反差十足。“温州人喝咖啡大多是为了工作提神,实用性更强,但贵阳人是真的在玩咖啡、爱咖啡,花样特别多,氛围特别好。”

Summer, the manager of Sanmen Coffee, a local community coffee shop that has been deeply rooted in Guiyang for many years, expressed the exclusive characteristics of Southwest Coffee.

"The host introduced that relying on Guizhou's unique mountain and wild resources, local coffee is not limited to traditional recipes, but focuses on creative and special flavors.
Local specialties such as Mujiangzi and Shanye Fresh Orange are cleverly integrated into coffee, blending the refreshing natural atmosphere of the mountains with the roasted aroma of coffee beans, creating a rich and recognizable layering. In his opinion, the coffee market in Guiyang has always maintained a stable heat. "The business in the store has always been good, and the acceptance and love of coffee among Guiyang people are high." Every time she received a customer, she would guide them to smell the dry aroma of coffee first, and then taste the wet aroma. She explained in detail the origin, flavor characteristics, and extraction techniques of the beans one by one, gentle and professional.
As she was preparing for the coffee competition, she came to Guiyang specifically for exchange and learning. When talking about the coffee atmosphere in this city, she sincerely sighed: "This is my first time in Guiyang, and the coffee culture here is really active. It is a true coffee city." She said that Guiyang is a comfortable leisure city, and the locals in Guiyang truly enjoy and love coffee, with a pure and strong atmosphere.
