江苏唯一！昆山咖啡产业学院获批Only in Jiangsu! Kunshan Coffee Industry College approved

近日，昆山咖啡产业学院成功获批全国首批“咖啡加工与应用技术”专业教学单位，同时也是江苏省唯一的咖啡专业办学院校。

依托苏州大学应用技术学院、昆山登云科技职业学院两大载体，昆山咖啡产业学院设立本科类、高职类办学培养体系，为咖啡及高端食品产业高质量发展提供坚实的人才保障与智力支持。

今年3月，昆山咖啡产业学院率先开办微专业教学班，联动亿政咖啡等龙头企业搭建校企协同育人模式，定向培育行业实操人才。近期，高职专业“咖啡加工与应用技术”正式获批；现阶段本科层级咖啡相关专业申报工作同步提速。未来，将为龙头企业培养专业人才、为社会培养咖啡主理人等等。

昆山咖啡产业学院高职类专业“咖啡加工与应用技术”，首届新生将于今年9月份入学。聚焦咖啡行业复合型人才需求，打破单一技艺培训局限，构建全链条、系统化课程体系。核心课程覆盖咖啡全产业链关键环节，涵盖咖啡产业概论、咖啡加工与仓储、咖啡烘焙技艺、咖啡感官与品鉴、意式咖啡制作、萃取与拉花技艺、创意饮品研发等实操课程，同时配套咖啡门店运营实务、数字营销、客户关系管理、咖啡副产品利用等经管与创新课程，全方位实现“技艺实操+品控研发+运营管理”一体化培养，精准匹配产业高端人才需求。

“我们还在市场营销、电子商务、现代物流管理三大专业设立咖啡特色专班，植入咖啡产业专项课程，定向培育咖啡品牌推广、线上运营、仓储物流等配套服务人才，全方位完善产业配套人才供给。”登云科技职业学院相关负责人介绍。通过“核心专业+特色专班”的培养模式，学院有效打通咖啡产业上下游人才培育链条，全面适配产业多元化、全链条用工需求。

除全日制学历人才培养外，昆山咖啡产业学院持续延伸育人边界、强化社会服务功能，常态化开设咖啡微专业、咖啡夜校、咖啡实训等普惠型培训项目，面向广大在校生及社会学员开展技能普及与专业提升培训。截至目前，学院已累计培育58名专业在校生、200名夜校学员，有效壮大本土咖啡技能人才队伍。

Relying on the two major platforms of Suzhou University School of Applied Technology and Kunshan Dengyun Technology Vocational College, Kunshan Coffee Industry College has established undergraduate and vocational education and training systems, providing solid talent guarantee and intellectual support for the high-quality development of the coffee and high-end food industry.

In March of this year, Kunshan Coffee Industry College took the lead in offering micro specialty teaching classes, collaborating with leading enterprises such as Yizheng Coffee to establish a school enterprise collaborative education model, and targeted the cultivation of industry practical talents. Recently, the vocational major "Coffee Processing and Application Technology" has been officially approved; At present, the application process for undergraduate coffee related majors is accelerating synchronously. In the future, we will cultivate professional talents for leading enterprises and coffee managers for society.

The first batch of new students majoring in "Coffee Processing and Application Technology" at Kunshan Coffee Industry College will enroll in September this year. Focusing on the demand for compound talents in the coffee industry, breaking the limitations of single skill training, and building a full chain and systematic curriculum system. The core courses cover key links in the entire coffee industry chain, including an introduction to the coffee industry, coffee processing and storage, coffee roasting techniques, coffee sensory and tasting, Italian coffee production, extraction and latte art, creative beverage research and development, and other practical courses. At the same time, they are accompanied by management and innovation courses such as coffee store operation practice, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and coffee by-product utilization, fully realizing the integrated training of "practical skills+quality control research and development+operation management", accurately matching the high-end talent needs of the industry.

We are also setting up coffee specialty classes in the three majors of marketing, e-commerce, and modern logistics management, integrating specialized courses in the coffee industry, and cultivating supporting service talents in coffee brand promotion, online operation, warehousing and logistics. We will comprehensively improve the supply of industry supporting talents, "said the person in charge of Dengyun Technology Vocational College. Through the training model of "core majors+specialized courses", the college effectively connects the talent cultivation chain of the upstream and downstream of the coffee industry, and comprehensively adapts to the diversified and full chain employment needs of the industry.

In addition to full-time education talent cultivation, Kunshan Coffee Industry College continues to extend its educational boundaries and strengthen its social service functions. It regularly offers inclusive training programs such as coffee micro majors, coffee night schools, and coffee practical training, providing skills popularization and professional improvement training for students and society at large. As of now, the college has cultivated a total of 58 professional students and 200 night school students, effectively strengthening the local coffee skills talent team.
