西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县西定乡：咖啡飘香 产业兴村Xiding Township, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture: Coffee Fragrance Industry Revitalizes Village

西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县西定乡地处海拔1200至1800米山地，气候水土适宜咖啡生长，是天然精品咖啡种植区。看准精品咖啡市场潜力后，乡党委、政府明确精品化发展思路，积极引育本土企业勐海云乐咖啡，政企携手盘活本地咖啡资源，破解产业起步晚、标准低、销路窄等难题。

在党委、政府统筹推动下，企业深耕种植前端，全力帮扶农户提质增收。5年来，云乐咖啡免费向农户发放咖啡苗近600万株，价值超千万元，引进优质咖啡品种，并联合科研院所开展良种培育，培育品种在省级咖啡生豆大赛中斩获佳绩。全乡推行“五统一”管理模式，采用生态种植方式，咖啡亩产达到1200公斤，带动咖农年均增收约4800元，从源头夯实产业根基。

依托良好种植基础，政企合力补齐基础设施短板，推动产业链条不断延伸。乡里累计投入超1200万元，建成标准化咖啡加工厂、烘焙厂，实现咖啡鲜果就地加工。生产端严格采摘标准，只采收成熟红果保障咖啡品质；产品端从单一售卖生豆，转向推出挂耳咖啡、精品咖啡豆、咖啡果皮茶等多元产品，其中咖啡果皮茶每公斤售价300至400元，大幅提升产品附加值。高标准的生产加工，也推动本土咖啡品牌不断壮大，线下门店已超20家，完成从原料输出到品牌运营的转型。

产业链不断完善，彻底扭转了以往“豆贱伤农”的困境，让广大农户实现稳定致富。此前当地曾出现咖啡鲜果滞销，不少农户被迫砍树改种作物。云乐咖啡落地后实行保底价收购，稳定市场预期，让咖农安心发展生产。2025年咖啡迎来丰收，收购价创历史新高，农户每日采摘鲜果40至50公斤，单日收入近400元。与此同时，咖啡产业吸纳大量本地劳动力，全乡提供季节性就业岗位2000余个，务工人员年均增收1.2万元。咖啡庄园以工代赈项目累计提供就近就业岗位超1.2万人次，发放劳务费300余万元。目前，全乡咖啡产业链综合产值超1900万元，留守群众实现家门口就业，生活保障更加坚实。

如今，漫山咖啡树长势喜人。西定乡通过党委引领、企业助力、链条延伸、惠民增收的发展模式，让小小咖啡果成为乡村振兴的“致富果”，依托特色产业，当地持续激活乡村发展动力，奋力书写产业兴旺、百姓安居的乡村振兴新篇章。

After recognizing the potential of the premium coffee market, the township party committee and government clarified their development ideas for premium coffee and actively encouraged local enterprise Menghai Yunle Coffee. Under the coordinated promotion of the Party committee and government, enterprises are deeply cultivating the front end of planting and fully assisting farmers in improving quality and increasing income. Over the past 5 years, Yunle Coffee has distributed nearly 6 million free coffee seedlings worth over 10 million yuan to farmers, introduced high-quality coffee varieties, and collaborated with research institutes to cultivate excellent varieties. The cultivated varieties have achieved excellent results in provincial coffee bean competitions. The whole township implements the "Five Unifications" management mode, adopts ecological planting methods, and achieves a coffee yield of 1200 kilograms per mu, driving an average annual income increase of about 4800 yuan for coffee farmers and consolidating the industrial foundation from the source.

Relying on a solid planting foundation, the government and enterprises work together to fill the gaps in infrastructure and promote the continuous extension of the industrial chain. The township has invested over 12 million yuan to build standardized coffee processing and roasting plants, achieving on-site processing of fresh coffee fruits. Strict picking standards are implemented at the production end, only harvesting mature red fruits to ensure coffee quality; The product side has shifted from selling only raw beans to launching a variety of products such as hanging ear coffee, premium coffee beans, and coffee peel tea. Among them, coffee peel tea is priced at 300 to 400 yuan per kilogram, greatly increasing the added value of the product. High standard production and processing have also driven the continuous growth of local coffee brands, with over 20 offline stores, completing the transformation from raw material output to brand operation.

The continuous improvement of the industrial chain has completely reversed the previous dilemma of "cheap beans harming farmers" and enabled farmers to achieve stable prosperity. Previously, there was a shortage of fresh coffee fruits in the local area, forcing many farmers to cut down trees and switch to crops. After the landing of Yunle Coffee, a guaranteed purchase price will be implemented to stabilize market expectations and allow coffee farmers to develop production with peace of mind. In 2025, coffee will have a bountiful harvest, with purchase prices reaching a historic high. Farmers will pick 40 to 50 kilograms of fresh fruits daily, earning nearly 400 yuan in daily income. At the same time, the coffee industry has absorbed a large number of local labor, providing more than 2000 seasonal employment opportunities throughout the township, and increasing the average annual income of migrant workers by 12000 yuan. The coffee plantation's work for relief project has provided over 12000 nearby job opportunities and distributed more than 3 million yuan in labor fees. At present, the comprehensive output value of the coffee industry chain in the whole township exceeds 19 million yuan, and the left behind people have achieved employment at their doorstep, making their living security more solid.

Nowadays, the coffee trees in Manshan are growing well. Through the development model led by the Party committee, assisted by enterprises, extended chains, and benefiting the people and increasing income, Xiding Township has made Xiaoxiaocaoguo a "fruit of wealth" for rural revitalization.
