近日,2026云岩第三季咖啡文化活动在云岩新印1950正式启幕,备受期待的咖啡集市同步热闹开市。

园区里咖啡香气弥漫,磨豆机嗡鸣作响,咖啡师手持冲壶、奶缸手法娴熟,有条不紊地制作各式特调。众多咖啡爱好者穿梭在摊位之间,举杯品鉴、拍照闲聊,欢声笑语与醇厚咖香相融,现场氛围感十足。
记者走进集市现场,与远道而来的咖啡主理人、打卡市民面对面交流,沉浸式感受这场跨地域的咖啡盛宴。
据了解,本次集市汇聚了来福建、珠海、河南、深圳、北京、上海的人气咖啡品牌以及贵阳本土的多家特色咖啡馆,不同地域的咖啡风味、创意配方与经营理念在此相遇。

刚走入市集,记者就被福建泉州秋野咖啡的摊位吸引,拥有11年从业经验的店主林章源正低头细心为顾客冲泡手冲咖啡。“我们主打自烘焙咖啡,还搭配闽南手工甜品。”林章源向介绍,现场准备了多款产地手冲咖啡组合,凤梨酥、巴斯克蛋糕等点心均全程冷链运送而来。当聊到咖啡搭配甜品的吃法时,他坦言没有固定标准:“不用刻意约束自己,不管是纯饮咖啡,还是搭配甜品,喝得舒服、吃得开心就足够了。”
一旁几位市民正拿着凤梨酥搭配手冲品尝,市民刘女士笑着说道:“甜香中和了咖啡的微苦,两种味道融合在一起,体验感特别棒。”顺着人流继续前行,珠海Ethos coffee的摊位前已经排起长队。

店主陈嘉明从业已有六年,这也是他第一次来到贵阳。“贵阳天气凉爽,美食也很有特色,最让我惊喜的是这里浓郁的咖啡氛围。”陈嘉明告诉记者,门店主打手冲与清爽特调,本次带来的特调2号是摊位人气单品,将苏打气泡水与奶油结合,口感层次十分特别。不少排队的市民尝过后纷纷点赞,新奇的搭配打破了大家对传统咖啡的固有印象。

来自河南郑州的Z平方咖啡,则把中原特色融入咖啡之中。摊主向记者展示了两款招牌饮品,加入新鲜荆芥与发酵苹果汁的“毒苹果”特调清爽解腻,全国首创的双柠dirty摒弃糖浆与香精,靠天然原料还原纯粹咖香。
谈及对贵阳的印象,摊主直言十分喜爱当地的人文与咖啡文化,此次参展不仅是展示品牌,也想深入考察本地市场,未来计划在贵阳落地门店。

集市里,贵阳本土251咖啡是本地爱好者重点打卡的摊位,这也是该店首次参加咖啡节。店主阿韦博士在读,和妻子共同经营着这家开在云岩区蔡家街口的小店,门店开业至今还不到一年。当被问到别致的店名时,阿韦分享了背后浪漫的音乐故事:“251是老爵士经典和弦走向,单独听2和弦、5和弦并不和谐,连贯演奏却格外动听。小店开在闹市区,就像这组和弦,外界喧嚣繁杂,推门进店就能寻得一份宁静。”店里的创意饮品同样让人眼前一亮,主打款“解构瑰夏”运用萃取、蒸馏工艺留存咖啡香气,将咖啡做成通透液体,口感酷似风味鸡尾酒。“集市没有堂食空间,我们就尽力把产品做得更有创意。”阿韦说道。不少年轻市民专程赶来打卡,大学生小周表示:“早就听说这家宝藏小店,创意咖啡和有趣的店名都让人印象深刻。”

市集深处,多家外地品牌也各展风采。深圳Mowent木纹咖啡拥有一支年轻活力的团队,品牌深耕咖啡行业六年,此次特意带来巴拿马瑰夏等珍稀咖啡豆,团队始终坚持探索咖啡新玩法,用心做好每一杯出品。
来自北京的熊煮咖啡是经营近十年的老牌精品咖啡店,多款创意特调让人目不暇接,番茄风味的“盛夏中餐”、自带京城秋日气息的限定饮品各具特色。摊主告诉记者,此前也曾到访贵阳,发现本地咖啡爱好者专业度很高,今年也希望用传统咖啡搭配创意特调,碰撞出全新风味。

上海三木屿则主打咖啡豆、咖啡器具与咖啡教学,品牌还专门为贵阳市民研发了蜜桃风味的“太湖姑娘”和椰香绵密的“椰子在冲浪”两款风格迥异的新特调,同时门店爆款咖啡组合也同步上线,不少咖啡新手围在摊位前咨询选豆、学咖啡的相关问题。往来之间,随处可见咖啡师互相交流萃取技巧,资深咖友细品单品分辨风味,外地主理人畅谈来到贵阳的新奇体验。

此外,在咖啡器具体验区,市民群众争相体验并纷纷表示:“一直都想学拉花,今天算是赶上好机会啦,不仅有专业咖啡师教学,还能亲自上手体验,真好。”“对呀,还能学习手冲咖啡的技巧,可以在家里慢慢练习啦!”
一座城,一杯咖,跨越地域的热爱在此相聚。这场咖啡集市不仅是一场味蕾狂欢,更是一次咖啡文化的交流碰撞。据悉,本次活动将持续至6月14日,趁着周末,不妨约上身边的咖啡搭子,走进云岩新印1950,在满场咖香中沉浸式感受咖啡文化的魅力。

The reporter walked into the market and had face-to-face communication with coffee managers and check-in citizens who came from afar, immersing themselves in this cross regional coffee feast.
It is reported that this market brings together popular coffee brands from Fujian, Zhuhai, Henan, Shenzhen, Beijing, and Shanghai, as well as several local specialty coffee shops in Guiyang. Coffee flavors, creative formulas, and business concepts from different regions meet here.
As soon as he entered the market, the reporter was attracted by the stall of Akino Coffee in Quanzhou, Fujian. Lin Zhangyuan, the shop owner with 11 years of experience, is carefully brewing hand brewed coffee for customers. "We mainly bake our own coffee, and also match with Minnan handmade desserts." Lin Zhangyuan introduced that he had prepared many types of hand-made coffee combinations from different places on the scene, and Dim sum such as pineapple crisp, Basque cake, etc. were delivered from the cold chain throughout the whole process. When it comes to the way coffee is paired with desserts, he admitted that there is no fixed standard: "You don't have to deliberately restrain yourself. Whether it's drinking coffee alone or pairing it with desserts, it's enough to drink comfortably and eat happily
A few citizens were holding pineapple cakes and tasting them with their hands. Ms. Liu, a citizen, smiled and said, "The sweet aroma balances the slight bitterness of the coffee. The two flavors blend together, and the experience is really great." Continuing along with the crowd, a long queue had already formed in front of the Ethos coffee stall in Zhuhai.
The shop owner Chen Jiaming has been in the industry for six years, and this is also his first time coming to Guiyang. The weather in Guiyang is cool, and the food is also very unique. What surprised me the most is the rich coffee atmosphere here, "Chen Jiaming told reporters. The store specializes in hand brewed and refreshing special flavors, and the special flavor No. 2 brought this time is a popular item at the booth. It combines soda sparkling water with cream, and the taste level is very special. Many citizens queuing up praised the novel pairing after tasting it, breaking everyone's traditional impression of coffee.
Z Square Coffee from Zhengzhou, Henan incorporates Central Plains characteristics into its coffee. The stall owner showed the reporter two brand drinks, adding fresh wasabi and fermented apple juice to the "poisonous apple", which is fresh and refreshing. The country's first Shuang Ning Dirty discards syrup and essence, and restores the pure coffee flavor with natural materials.
When it comes to his impression of Guiyang, the vendor frankly expressed his great love for the local culture and coffee culture. This exhibition is not only to showcase the brand, but also to explore the local market in depth. In the future, he plans to establish a store in Guiyang.
In the market, Guiyang local 251 coffee is a key booth for local enthusiasts to check in, and this is also the first time the store has participated in a coffee festival. The shop owner, Dr. Awei, is currently studying and runs this small shop with his wife at the intersection of Caijia Street in Yunyan District. The store has been open for less than a year now.
