南博会收官 孟连精品咖啡销售火爆The South China International Fair has come to an end, and the sales of Menglian premium coffee are booming
(来源:孟连发布)6月16日,第10届中国—南亚博览会落下帷幕。连日来,昆明滇池国际会展中心13号咖啡产业馆内,孟连展区始终热度不减。来自“中国精品咖啡第一县”的数十款咖啡豆和创意咖啡饮品,吸引大批市民驻足品鉴,商家带来的产品几度补货仍供不应求。

记者在现场看到,孟连桥安咖啡的展台前始终排着长队。负责人娜儿一边麻利地为顾客冲煮试饮,一边回答着关于豆种和处理法的各种问题。她告诉记者,这次参展的收获远超预期,不仅现场天天热卖,预订单更是排到了来年。

“展会的第二天我就接到了(咖啡)生豆的订单,给他们这单以后他们还想要,但是今年没有了只能订下一年(咖啡生豆)给他,(我们)这单利润在两到三万。”桥安咖啡娜儿说。

同样感受到展会热烈氛围的,还有来珠克咖啡庄园。展台上几款以“双重厌氧”为卖点的咖啡豆——“红妆”与“芒乐”,因风味辨识度高,成为年轻消费者与孩子的“打卡款”。展会期间,来珠克咖啡同步开启线上直播带货, 负责人官平的手机订单消息几乎没有停过。“很多企业和咖啡馆、烘焙厂都在跟我们对接不同的烘焙产品的货,都有达成意向性的合作,大家对孟连咖啡都特别认可。”谈及参展感受,官平直言“没想到这么火爆”。

孟连咖啡的品质魅力,不仅征服了普通消费者,也获得了咖啡业内人士的高度认可。在品鉴区,甚至有专程赶来寻豆的咖啡烘焙师与贸易商,手持咖啡体验杯,神情专注。
一位已退休的咖啡贸易人士王萍秀表示:“我从事了二十多年的咖啡生豆贸易,今天我们来到孟连展区,看到高三林、信岗亚内好几个庄园的精品豆,有瑰夏、波旁、铁皮卡,口感是一个比一个惊艳,我觉得云南的咖啡未来是大有可为!”

除了专业买家,大量昆明本地市民也趁着周末前来选购。许多人是第一次近距离接触孟连精品咖啡。端着一杯刚冲好的咖啡,边品边逛,临走时手里已提满了印有孟连展区标志的袋子。“好多客人转了一圈还是觉得我们孟连咖啡好喝。”班安咖啡叶依说道。

在展区一侧,模拟咖啡森林的互动打卡区人气高涨,观众们将祝福语写在红果果形状的贴纸上,一枚一枚贴上咖啡树,如今这方“咖啡森林”已经挂满了成熟的咖啡果,成为13号咖啡产业馆最具人气的角落之一。

据孟连县茶叶和特色生物产业发展中心统计,孟连展区累计现场销售额突破36.8万元,意向订单2400余万元。这一数据背后,是孟连咖啡从深山迈向都市、从林间直达舌尖的坚实步伐。不少消费者在体验后主动留存庄园负责人的联系方式,形成了具有持续互动性的消费黏性。

展会热销之余,孟连咖啡的专业实力亦获印证。6月15日,BOC中国好咖啡评选揭晓,孟连共有6家庄园、9支咖啡获奖,全面覆盖非水洗、水洗、创新处理三个组别。其中来珠克精品咖啡庄园的“云朵瑰夏蜜处理”荣获非水洗处理组第1名,高三林咖啡厂、腊福芦笙农业有限公司、桥安咖啡庄园、糯赛瓦帝茶咖庄园和兴福茶咖厂也均有产品上榜。醇香的孟连咖啡正从产区展台加速拓展至更广阔的市场。

She told reporters that the gains from this exhibition far exceeded expectations, with daily hot sales on site and pre orders scheduled for next year.

Also feeling the lively atmosphere of the exhibition is Lai Zhuke Coffee Estate. Several coffee beans with the selling point of "dual anaerobic" on the booth - "Red Makeup" and "Mangle" - have become "check-in styles" for young consumers and children due to their high flavor recognition. During the exhibition, Laizhuke Coffee simultaneously launched online live streaming sales, and the mobile order messages of the person in charge, Guan Ping, almost never stopped. Many companies, cafes, and bakeries are connecting with us to produce different baking products and have reached intentions of cooperation. The quality charm of Menglian Coffee has not only conquered ordinary consumers, but also gained high recognition from coffee industry insiders. In the tasting area, there are even coffee roasters and traders who come specifically to search for beans, holding coffee experience cups and looking focused.
A retired coffee trader, Wang Pingxiu, said, "I have been engaged in coffee green bean trading for more than 20 years. Today, we came to the Menglian exhibition area and saw high-quality beans from several estates, including Gao Sanlin and Xingan Yanai. There are Guixia, Bourbon, and Tiepika, and the taste is more and more stunning. I think Yunnan's coffee has great potential in the future
In addition to professional buyers, a large number of local residents in Kunming also came to purchase during the weekend. Many people are experiencing Menglian premium coffee up close for the first time. Carrying a freshly brewed cup of coffee, I strolled around while savoring it. Before leaving, I was already carrying a bag with the logo of the Menglian exhibition area. Many customers still think our Menglian coffee is delicious after taking a walk, "said Ban An Coffee's Ye Yi.
On one side of the exhibition area, the interactive check-in area that simulates a coffee forest is popular. Viewers write their blessings on red fruit shaped stickers and stick coffee trees one by one. Now, this "coffee forest" is filled with mature coffee fruits and has become one of the most popular corners of the 13th Coffee Industry Hall.
According to statistics from the Tea and Characteristic Biotechnology Industry Development Center of Menglian County, the cumulative on-site sales of the Menglian exhibition area have exceeded 368000 yuan, with more than 24 million yuan in intended orders. Behind this data is the solid stride of Menglian Coffee from deep mountains to cities, from forests to the tip of the tongue. Many consumers actively retain the contact information of the estate manager after experiencing it, forming a continuous interactive consumption stickiness.
In addition to the hot sales at the exhibition, the professional strength of Menglian Coffee has also been confirmed. On June 15th, the BOC China Good Coffee Awards were announced, with 6 estates and 9 coffees from Menglian winning, covering three categories: non washed, washed, and innovative treatment. Among them, the "Cloud Rose Summer Honey Treatment" of Laizhuke Boutique Coffee Manor won the first place in the non water washing treatment group, and products from Gaosanlin Coffee Factory, Lafu Lusheng Agriculture Co., Ltd., Qiaoan Coffee Manor, Nuosaiwadi Tea and Coffee Manor, and Xingfu Tea and Coffee Factory also made the list.
