产量与加工 ：海南本地咖啡干豆产量只有200吨左右，仅占全国2%，远远满足不了海南咖啡企业的加工需求，企业需从越南、埃塞俄比亚、云南等地进口咖啡豆。目前全省咖啡加工产能超3万吨，万宁集中了全省近80%的咖啡加工产能，涵盖种植、加工和贸易等环节。
