云南网讯（记者 赵岗）6月22日，2026年第二届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛（云南卓越杯试点赛）国际赛段在昆明滇池湖畔正式启幕。国际赛段集聚美国、德国、韩国、日本、越南、意大利、澳大利亚等9位资深咖啡杯测师，和国内选拔的2位优秀杯测师组成专业国际评审团，对入围40支云南咖啡生豆进行测评打分。
他们将在赛事主审的带领下对晋级咖啡豆进行终极评测，并给出具有公信力和国际市场参考价值的评分。
参赛豆全程采用多重编码，确保结果不受产地和生产者信息干扰。评审将依据卓越杯评选标准，从干净度、甜度、酸质、口感、风味、余韵、均衡度、整体评价8个专业维度来测评40支参赛豆。赛事评选前10名的获奖豆将于6月25日下午在昆明滇池东岸彰美村码头主会场进行现场拍卖。助力优质云南咖啡直达消费群体，持续夯实云南咖啡在全球精品咖啡产业版图中的地位。
赛事相关负责人表示，云南目前稳居全球阿拉比卡咖啡十大生产国之列，中国咖啡走向世界舞台的时机已然成熟，期待全球的咖啡爱好者，都有机会品鉴一杯中国云南的咖啡。
近年来，云南咖啡种植版图持续扩容，生豆理化品质、风味特质稳步提升，云南已然成长为全球精品咖啡产业极具潜力的新兴产区。截至2025年，全省咖啡种植面积达149.5万亩，总产量17万吨，优良品种覆盖率、精品率、精深加工率分别提升至21.8%、41.7%、85%。
本次比赛以国际标准，为全省咖农提供清晰的精品化方向，以赛事为桥梁链接消费者，将通过拍卖活动让云南精品咖啡豆直达全球消费者，搭建长期稳定的国际产业对话平台，让云南深度融入全球精品咖啡产业网络，打造属于中国云南的世界级咖啡产业名片。
此外，本届卓越杯试点赛为2026滇池国际咖啡文化嘉年华前置核心专业活动，率先拉开本年度滇池咖旅系列盛会序幕。赛事评出的云南十佳精品咖啡豆，将在嘉年华期间集中展出、专场品鉴。
Yunnan News (Reporter Zhao Gang) On June 22, the international stage of the 2nd Yunnan Treasure Coffee Green Bean Competition (Yunnan Excellence Cup Pilot Competition) officially kicked off by the Dianchi Lake in Kunming in 2026. The international stage gathers 9 senior coffee cup testers from the United States, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Italy, Australia, and 2 outstanding cup testers selected domestically to form a professional international judging panel to evaluate and score the 40 Yunnan coffee beans that were shortlisted.
They will conduct the ultimate evaluation of the qualifying coffee beans under the leadership of the tournament host, and provide a rating with credibility and international market reference value.
Multiple encoding is used throughout the competition to ensure that the results are not affected by the origin and producer information. The judges will evaluate 40 participating beans based on 8 professional dimensions, including cleanliness, sweetness, sourness, taste, flavor, aftertaste, balance, and overall evaluation, according to the Excellence Cup selection criteria. The top 10 winning beans from the competition selection will be auctioned live on the afternoon of June 25th at the main venue of Zhangmei Village Pier on the east bank of Dianchi Lake in Kunming. Assist high-quality Yunnan coffee in reaching the consumer group and continuously consolidate Yunnan coffee's position in the global premium coffee industry map.
The person in charge of the event stated that Yunnan currently ranks among the top ten producing countries in the world for Arabica coffee. The time is ripe for Chinese coffee to enter the world stage, and we hope that coffee enthusiasts around the world will have the opportunity to taste a cup of Yunnan coffee.
In recent years, the coffee planting area in Yunnan has continued to expand, and the physicochemical quality and flavor characteristics of green beans have steadily improved. Yunnan has grown into an emerging production area with great potential for the global specialty coffee industry. By 2025, the coffee planting area in the province will reach 1.495 million mu, with a total output of 170000 tons. The coverage rate of excellent varieties, high-quality products, and deep processing rates will increase to 21.8%, 41.7%, and 85%, respectively.
This competition, based on international standards, provides a clear direction for coffee farmers in the province to specialize in coffee. With the competition as a bridge to connect consumers, Yunnan's premium coffee beans will be sold directly to global consumers through auction activities, building a long-term and stable international industry dialogue platform, deeply integrating Yunnan into the global premium coffee industry network, and creating a world-class coffee industry business card belonging to Yunnan, China.
In addition, this year's Excellence Cup pilot competition is a core professional activity leading up to the 2026 Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival, marking the beginning of this year's Dianchi Coffee Tourism series event. The top ten Yunnan specialty coffee beans selected by the competition will be exhibited and tasted exclusively during the carnival.
