潮新闻客户端 记者 叶振宇。6月22日,星巴克连续第四年参展中国国际供应链促进博览会(以下简称"链博会")。本届展会以"在地创新,链创未来"为主题,通过三大价值篇章展示其供应链建设成果——"聚焦原产地,助力云南咖啡产业升级""优化供应链生态,持续提升顾客体验""携手价值链伙伴,共创咖啡可持续发展"。展台现场,星巴克咖啡师将呈现精品云南咖啡及多款创新饮品,以专业技艺为中外来宾打造"链"接彼此的咖啡体验。

作为链博会的"四届元老",星巴克通过这一国家级平台持续展现其供应链建设成果:从构建中国首条咖啡垂直产业链,实现"从云南到世界"的产业突破,到联合价值链伙伴推动绿色减碳实践,星巴克始终以创新为驱动,向业界讲述中国咖啡的供应链故事。

本届展会重点呈现的星巴克玫瑰20系列,采用山东平阴重瓣红玫瑰为原料。该系列首创鲜花采摘后15小时内低温慢萃工艺,单杯萃取不少于20朵玫瑰,完美保留天然花香。自去年上市以来,该系列广受好评。星巴克通过建立稳定供应链体系,在平阴产区实施保护价收购,与花农建立长期合作,年采购量超6亿朵玫瑰,惠及2400余户花农家庭。

The theme of this exhibition is "Local Innovation, Chain Creation for the Future", showcasing the achievements of its supply chain construction through three major value chapters - "Focusing on Origin, Supporting the Upgrading of Yunnan Coffee Industry", "Optimizing Supply Chain Ecology, Continuously Improving Customer Experience", and "Joining Hands with Value Chain Partners to Create Sustainable Development of Coffee". At the exhibition booth, Starbucks baristas will present premium Yunnan coffee and a variety of innovative drinks, creating a "chain" coffee experience for Chinese and foreign guests with professional skills.

As a "four time veteran" of the Chain Expo, Starbucks continues to showcase its supply chain construction achievements through this national platform: from building China's first vertical coffee industry chain and achieving industrial breakthroughs from Yunnan to the world, to collaborating with value chain partners to promote green carbon reduction practices, Starbucks has always been driven by innovation and telling the industry the story of China's coffee supply chain.

The Starbucks Rose 20 series, which is the focus of this exhibition, is made from Shandong Pingyin double petaled red roses. This series pioneered the low-temperature slow extraction process within 15 hours after flower picking, extracting no less than 20 roses in a single cup, perfectly preserving the natural floral fragrance. Since its launch last year, this series has received widespread praise. Starbucks has established a stable supply chain system, implemented protective price acquisitions in the Pingyin production area, and established long-term cooperation with flower farmers. The annual purchase volume exceeds 600 million roses, benefiting more than 2400 flower farmer families.
