云南咖啡品质获得世界顶级认证Yunnan coffee quality has obtained world-class certification

6月25日，2026第二届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛(云南卓越杯试点赛)在昆明落幕。在比赛的国际评审环节，3支云南咖啡生豆评分突破90分大关，实现了云南咖啡发展史上里程碑式的重大突破。

卓越杯素有“咖啡生豆界奥林匹克”之称，是全球公信力最强、行业认可度最高的精品咖啡生豆赛事，也是全球咖啡产区跻身世界级精品咖啡版图的权威通行证。在该赛事极为严苛的评分体系下，87分以上的咖啡已是国际公认的精品咖啡，而90分以上则代表了“卓越级”，是世界顶级咖啡豆的标志。

据介绍，3支“90+”评分生豆的诞生，是云南咖啡产业多年厚积薄发的成果，是全省咖农、科研人员、企业家共同奋斗的结晶。它标志着云南咖啡在品质上获得了世界顶级认证，在市场上打开了全球高端通道，在产业上坚定了精品化转型的信心，在文化上赢得了国际话语权。

此次试点赛严格遵循卓越杯的国际统一标准，并在赛事能级与参赛体量上全面升级，共收集到169支参赛生豆，由国内外专业评审从干净度、甜度、酸质、口感、风味、余韵、均衡度、整体评价等8项核心维度进行历时两周的多轮杯测筛选与独立评分，为后续正式引入卓越杯赛事体系积累了实践经验。(记者 朱海)

On June 25th, 2026, the 2nd Yunnan Treasure Coffee Green Bean Competition (Yunnan Excellence Cup Pilot Competition) ended in Kunming. In the international judging stage of the competition, three Yunnan coffee beans scored over 90 points, achieving a milestone in the history of Yunnan coffee development.

The Excellence Cup is known as the "Olympics of the coffee green bean world", and is the most credible and industry recognized premium coffee green bean competition in the world. It is also the authoritative passport for global coffee producing areas to enter the world-class premium coffee map. Under the extremely strict scoring system of this competition, coffee with a score of 87 or above is internationally recognized as a premium coffee, while a score of 90 or above represents "excellence" and is a symbol of the world's top coffee beans.

It is reported that the birth of three "90+" rated green beans is the result of years of accumulation and development in Yunnan's coffee industry, and is the crystallization of the joint efforts of coffee farmers, researchers, and entrepreneurs in the province. It marks that Yunnan coffee has obtained world-class certification in quality, opened up a global high-end channel in the market, strengthened the confidence of boutique transformation in the industry, and won international discourse power in culture.

This pilot competition strictly follows the international unified standards of the Excellence Cup and has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of competition level and participation volume. A total of 169 participating green beans were collected, and professional judges at home and abroad conducted a two-week multi round cup test screening and independent scoring from eight core dimensions including cleanliness, sweetness, acidity, taste, flavor, aftertaste, balance, and overall evaluation, accumulating practical experience for the subsequent formal introduction of the Excellence Cup competition system.
