近日,在武汉举办的2025年中国文化旅游产业博览会上,贵州展馆中的黑石咖啡深受观展者青睐,成为展会中一抹亮眼的“黔”色。

“最贵州”咖啡 折耳根成“顶流”

此次展会上,黑石咖啡共有10余种咖啡品类参与展销。黑石咖啡的主理人雷鸣介绍,除了带来优中选优、精选出最优质的5种咖啡豆,还在烘焙、冲煮、装饰上力求完美。现场咖啡的饮用器具,在保障食品级安全的同时精心定制,力求“一比一”还原黑石咖啡贵阳门店的独特风味,还原“最贵州”咖啡。

黑石咖啡的特色组合“贵阳combo”爆火出圈,折耳根美式、木姜子特调,取材于贵州本土食材,既体现了地方特色,又传播了贵阳的文化,以其轻微独特的草本香气与精选的咖啡豆带来的果酸、花香风味融合,成功收获了大批观展粉丝拥趸。

截至9月13日闭馆,黑石咖啡营业额已超8000余元,售出咖啡350余杯,咖啡豆20余罐,预计至博览会结束,黑石咖啡售出咖啡将超过500余杯。

“最地道”贵州故事 文旅融合新标杆

据了解,咖啡作为贵州文旅特色产品参展尚属首次。作为本届博览会代表“咖啡冠军之城贵阳”参展的黑石咖啡,其主理人雷鸣曾荣获杯测赛冠军等多项行业大奖,并在大赛中担任感官评委。他表示,非常荣幸作为代表品牌参展,“咖啡冠军之城”品牌的打造,是贵州积极推动咖啡行业发展的实际举措,贵州咖啡行业将越来越好。

此次博览会上,黑石咖啡不仅吸引了众多当地市民,也吸引了许多国外游客,一对意大利夫妻对黑石咖啡的口味赞不绝口,众多参展市民在展位上表达希望黑石咖啡开设分店的愿望。对此,主理人雷鸣回应:黑石咖啡已在电商平台上线,主要售卖精选咖啡豆,目前正在积极筹划省外分店的各项推进事宜,第一家分店将选址西安。
