连续两年与云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛深度合作,体现了瑞幸对推动云南精品咖啡产业发展的坚定支持。2026年初,首届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛冠军豆曾走进瑞幸第30000家门店“深圳双子塔原产地旗舰店”进行现场品鉴,让获得世界认可的云南咖啡豆真正走向消费者的味蕾。
除了咖啡生豆大赛合作,近年来,瑞幸在云南构建了从原产地到加工厂的供应链布局,开通铁路专列,持续加大采购,多维度助力云南咖啡产业高质量、可持续发展。
2023年,瑞幸开启“全球寻豆之旅”,将云南列为核心寻访产区之一;2024年3月,瑞幸保山鲜果处理加工厂正式试运营,年处理量达5000吨,惠及周边2万多家农户。同时,瑞幸还持续深耕“云南咖农扶持计划”,助力提升咖啡豆产量与品质,带动咖农增收。
在物流端,2026年1月,瑞幸联合云南当地铁路运输部门开通国内首趟规模化“云南咖啡豆专列”。专列提升了运输效率,将云南咖啡豆高效运抵东南沿海瑞幸加工基地,成为串联咖啡产业上下游的战略通道,推动云南咖啡的品质升级。今年2月,瑞幸还与云南省农业科学院签署战略合作框架协议,围绕咖啡产业发展与科技创新,共建产学研平台。2026年产季,瑞幸采购云南咖啡豆超3万吨,构建更加多元稳健的海内外产区协同供应体系,也为云南咖啡种植者提供了稳定收入与长期信心。

For two consecutive years, Luckin Coffee has deeply cooperated with the Yunnan Treasure Coffee Green Bean Competition, reflecting its firm support for promoting the development of Yunnan's premium coffee industry. At the beginning of 2026, the champion of the first Yunnan Treasure Coffee Green Bean Competition visited Luckin Coffee's 30000th store, the "Shenzhen Twin Towers Origin Flagship Store," for on-site tasting, allowing Yunnan coffee beans, which have gained worldwide recognition, to truly enter the taste buds of consumers.
In addition to the cooperation in the coffee green bean competition, in recent years, Luckin Coffee has built a supply chain layout from the origin to the processing plant in Yunnan, opened special railway trains, continuously increased procurement, and provided multidimensional support for the high-quality and sustainable development of Yunnan's coffee industry.
In 2023, Luckin Coffee will embark on a "global journey to search for beans" and list Yunnan as one of the core search regions; In March 2024, Luckin Baoshan Fresh Fruit Processing Plant officially began trial operation, with an annual processing capacity of 5000 tons, benefiting more than 20000 surrounding farmers. At the same time, Luckin Coffee continues to deepen the "Yunnan Coffee Farmers Support Program", helping to improve coffee bean production and quality, and driving coffee farmers' income growth.
On the logistics side, in January 2026, Luckin Coffee teamed up with the local railway transportation department in Yunnan to launch the first large-scale "Yunnan Coffee Bean Special Train" in China. The special train has improved transportation efficiency, efficiently transporting Yunnan coffee beans to Luckin Coffee's processing base along the southeast coast, becoming a strategic channel connecting the upstream and downstream of the coffee industry, and promoting the quality upgrade of Yunnan coffee. In February of this year, Luckin Coffee also signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, focusing on the development and technological innovation of the coffee industry, and jointly building an industry university research platform. In the 2026 season, Luckin Coffee purchased over 30000 tons of Yunnan coffee beans, building a more diversified and stable collaborative supply system between domestic and overseas production areas, and providing stable income and long-term confidence for Yunnan coffee growers.
As a core coffee producing area in China, Yunnan has unique planting advantages, with coffee production accounting for over 98% of the country's total. The province's coffee specialty rate has increased to 41.7%, and the deep processing rate has reached 85%, continuously achieving a leapfrog transformation from a single raw material supply to the high-end specialty coffee industry. Yunnan coffee is a business card that represents the coffee flavor of China; Luckin Coffee, on the other hand, is considered the business card of Chinese coffee brands.
