6月25日,2026第二届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛(云南卓越杯)试点赛圆满完赛。来自多个国家和地区的资深国际评审和咖啡爱好者齐聚滇池湖畔,共同见证2026第二届“云南瑰宝”的诞生。来自临沧市耕夏庄园有限公司、勐海云乐咖啡有限公司、临沧市临翔区松风咖啡种植农民专业合作社的三款瑰夏咖啡豆分获一二三名,评分突破90分。

素有“咖啡生豆奥林匹克”之称的卓越杯(Cup of Excellence,简称CoE)赛事,是全球公信力最强、行业认可度最高的精品咖啡生豆赛事,也是全球咖啡产区跻身世界级精品咖啡版图的权威通行证。本次“云南瑰宝”咖啡生豆大赛作为卓越杯的试点赛事,严格遵循卓越杯的国际统一标准,专业评审从干净度、甜度、酸质、口感、风味、余韵、均衡度、整体评价等8项核心维度,对参赛豆进行多轮杯测筛选与独立评分。整个评审过程由赛事主审Stephen Vick全程督导,确保流程合规、标准统一。

据了解,本届赛事由ACE卓越咖啡联盟、云南省精品咖啡学会主办,昆明滇池国家旅游度假区管理委员会、昆明市西山区人民政府承办,云南省农业科学院热带亚热带经济作物研究所、昆明文旅集团等多家单位参与协办,赛事能级与参赛体量全面升级,共收集到169支参赛生豆,经专业机构合规质检、入库核验后,162支合格生豆入围国内赛段角逐。

此次赛事历时两周,分国内和国际两个赛段,6月15日—19日,在CoE资深主审Stephen Vick的带领下,国内赛段的12名专业评审对参赛豆进行多轮杯测筛选与独立评分,最终达到晋级分数线的优质生豆进入国际赛段评审。6月22日-24日,来自美国、德国、韩国、日本、越南、意大利、澳大利亚等国的9名资深咖啡从业者,与国内选拔的2名优秀杯测师共同组成专业国际评审团对40支晋级咖啡豆展开终极品鉴。

国际评审团对本届参赛豆的整体品质给予了高度评价,将其称之为“中国速度”,来自越南的评审Boom表示,此次品尝的云南咖啡展现出从精致花香型到高海拔山地风味的广泛品类,其进步速度远超其他国家产区的常规发展周期。特别指出实验性处理法咖啡具有显著潜力,建议未来保持品种与加工技术的平衡发展。

云南省精品咖啡学会理事长、罗心平指出,历经十年深耕,云南咖啡精品化转型取得了丰硕成果。把国际顶尖评审机制引进云南,有助于咖农和庄园清晰认知自身产品的市场价值,把云南独特的风土风味传递给更多消费者,为云南咖啡的精品化转型持续注入专业动力。

云南是中国咖啡的核心腹地,咖啡种植面积与产量占全国98%以上。云南咖啡精品率已从2021年的8%提升至41.7%,精深加工率从五年前的20%大幅提升至85%。截至2025年,全省咖啡种植面积达149.5万亩,总产量17万吨。

On June 25th, 2026, the pilot competition of the 2nd Yunnan Treasure Coffee Green Bean Competition (Yunnan Excellence Cup) was successfully completed. Senior international judges and coffee enthusiasts from multiple countries and regions gathered by the shores of Dianchi Lake to witness the birth of the second "Yunnan Treasure" in 2026. Three Guixia coffee beans from Lincang Gengxia Manor Co., Ltd., Menghai Yunle Coffee Co., Ltd., and Linxiang District Songfeng Coffee Planting Farmers' Professional Cooperative in Lincang City ranked first, second, and third respectively, with a score exceeding 90 points.

The Cup of Excellence (CoE) competition, known as the "Green Coffee Olympiad", is the most credible and industry recognized premium green coffee competition in the world. It is also the authoritative passport for global coffee producing regions to enter the world-class premium coffee map. As a pilot event of the Excellence Cup, the "Yunnan Treasure" Coffee Green Bean Competition strictly follows the international unified standards of the Excellence Cup. Professional judges conduct multiple rounds of cup testing screening and independent scoring on the participating beans from eight core dimensions, including cleanliness, sweetness, sourness, taste, flavor, aftertaste, balance, and overall evaluation. The entire review process is supervised by the event's chief referee Stephen Vick to ensure compliance and standardization.

It is reported that this competition is hosted by the ACE Excellence Coffee Alliance and the Yunnan Fine Coffee Society, organized by the Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort Management Committee and the Xishan District People's Government of Kunming, and co organized by multiple units such as the Tropical and Subtropical Economic Crop Research Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Kunming Cultural Tourism Group. The competition level and participation volume have been comprehensively upgraded, and a total of 169 participating green beans have been collected. After compliance inspection and warehouse verification by professional institutions, 162 qualified green beans have been shortlisted for the domestic stage competition.

This competition lasted for two weeks and was divided into two stages: domestic and international. From June 15th to 19th, under the leadership of Stephen Vick, a senior referee from CoE, 12 professional judges from the domestic stage conducted multiple rounds of cup testing screening and independent scoring on the participating beans. The high-quality raw beans that reached the qualifying score line were finally selected for the international stage evaluation. From June 22nd to 24th, a professional international jury consisting of 9 senior coffee practitioners from the United States, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Italy, Australia, and 2 outstanding cup testers selected domestically, conducted the ultimate tasting of 40 advanced coffee beans.

The international jury highly praised the overall quality of the beans in this competition, calling it the "Chinese speed". Boom, a judge from Vietnam, said that the Yunnan coffee tasted this time exhibited a wide range of categories from exquisite floral aroma to high-altitude mountain flavor, and its progress speed far exceeded the conventional development cycle of other countries' production areas. It is particularly pointed out that experimental processing of coffee has significant potential, and it is recommended to maintain a balanced development of varieties and processing technologies in the future.

Luo Xinping, Chairman of Yunnan Fine Coffee Society, pointed out that after ten years of deep cultivation, Yunnan's coffee has achieved fruitful results in the transformation towards fine coffee. Introducing the international top-notch evaluation mechanism to Yunnan will help curry farmers and estates to have a clear understanding of the market value of their products, pass on Yunnan's unique local flavor to more consumers, and continuously inject professional power into the transformation of Yunnan coffee into a boutique.

Yunnan is the core hinterland of coffee in China, with coffee planting area and output accounting for over 98% of the country's total. The premium coffee rate in Yunnan has increased from 8% in 2021 to 41.7%, and the deep processing rate has significantly increased from 20% five years ago to 85%. By 2025, the coffee planting area in the province will reach 1.495 million mu, with a total output of 170000 tons.
