沧源：岩帅镇把“科技养分”输送到咖啡田间Cangyuan: Yanshuai Town delivers' technological nutrients' to coffee fields
近日，沧源县岩帅镇邀请临沧市咖啡协会技术专家深入一线，坚持“缺什么补什么、需什么教什么”的原则，对全镇22个行政村开展为期三天的全覆盖式咖啡种植技术培训，将“科技养分”直接输送到田间地头。
培训现场，专家们采取“专题授课+现场答疑+实操演练”相结合的方式，围绕水肥一体化管理、病虫害绿色防控等关键环节进行了深入浅出的讲解。针对农户在日常管理中遇到的“疑难杂症”，专家们逐一“把脉开方”，确保参训人员听得懂、学得会、用得上。
“以前凭经验种，产量总是上不去，今天听了专家的讲解，才发现里面的学问这么大！”刚参加完培训的赛弄村村民李尼搞手里攥着崭新的技术手册，兴奋地说道。
本次培训共覆盖群众1456人次，发放技术手册200余份。通过培训，不仅有效纠正了部分农户传统的粗放型种植观念，更显著提升了辖区咖农的科学种植水平和信心。
岩帅镇将以此次培训为契机，持续深化与行业协会的合作，推动咖啡产业向标准化、精品化转型，真正实现以产业提质增效助推乡村全面振兴。

At the training site, experts adopted a combination of "special lectures+on-site Q&A+practical exercises" to provide in-depth and easy to understand explanations on key aspects such as integrated water and fertilizer management and green pest control. In response to the "difficult and complicated problems" encountered by farmers in daily management, experts will "diagnose the pulse and prescribe solutions" one by one to ensure that the trainees can understand, learn, and use them.
Previously, based on experience, the yield always couldn't increase. Today, after listening to the expert's explanation, I realized how much knowledge there is inside! "Li Ni, a villager from Sai Nong Village who had just completed the training, excitedly said, holding a brand new technical manual in his hand.
This training covered a total of 1456 people and distributed over 200 technical manuals. Through training, not only has the traditional extensive planting concept of some farmers been effectively corrected, but the scientific planting level and confidence of coffee farmers in the jurisdiction have also been significantly improved.
Yanshuai Town will take this training as an opportunity to continuously deepen cooperation with industry associations, promote the transformation of the coffee industry towards standardization and refinement, and truly achieve the goal of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization through industrial quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
