当千年商都碰撞咖啡醇香,一场聚焦技能比拼、人才培育的专业赛事正式拉开帷幕。7月3日,2026广州咖啡文化季咖啡师职业技能竞赛在广州市第二工人文化宫举办。赛场氛围热烈浓厚,线下观赛市民、咖啡行业从业者络绎不绝,沉浸式感受拉花、手冲、创意特调背后的咖啡技艺美学,体会城市潮流消费文化与匠心精神的深度交融。

竞赛由广州市人力资源和社会保障局、广州市文化广电旅游局、广州市总工会主办,广州市文化发展集团有限公司承办,广州市职业能力建设指导中心担任技术指导单位,广州文化展览有限公司、广州酒家集团职业技能培训学校、咖襄烘焙学院、广州市交通技师学院、广州市第二工人文化宫协办。旨在为全市咖啡行业从业人员与爱好者搭建技艺比拼的交流平台,夯实广州咖啡产业专业技能人才储备。

作为本届广州咖啡文化季的核心专业赛事,本次大赛参照人力资源和社会保障部颁布的国家职业技能标准高级工(职业技能等级三级)水平命题考核,竞赛组委会聘请市内行业专家,秉持公平、公正、公开原则负责赛事评判工作。为打造技能人才全链条成长通道,竞赛设置职工组和新秀组两大组别,并针对不同组别科学设置差异化竞赛模块:其中职工组考核杯测与手工特调,重点考察选手的创意调制能力;新秀组考核杯测与拿铁拉花,聚焦考察选手对基础技艺与标准化技能的掌握程度。本次竞赛共吸引67名咖啡精英同台角逐,获得优胜奖及以上名次的选手,将由相关职业技能等级认定机构按规定颁发对应职业(工种)的职业技能等级证书。

赛场之上,醇香四溢、氛围热烈。特调赛区内,参赛选手创意纷呈、操作娴熟,精准把控萃取参数、食材配比与风味层次,每一款饮品都兼具创意巧思与风味质感。
