广东佛山某咖啡烘焙工厂总经理 潘伟杨：2025年，我们主要增加的是云南豆，目前40%是用云南的咖啡豆。

广东佛山顺德区咖啡产业协会荣誉会长 陈卓谦：据官方统计的数据，顺德两年前在工商部门登记的咖啡店有1300多家，目前已经达到1800多家了。
