近日,旺旺集团旗下邦德咖啡馆携手上海市台协徐汇区工作委员会,共同举办“台湾青年企业实习体验计划”,邀请7位台湾青年赴上海开展企业实习体验。活动通过企业参访、职业技能培训、门店实践等形式,让台湾青年深入了解大陆消费产业发展和企业文化,在真实职场中提升专业技能,为两岸青年交流搭建起更加务实、高效的平台。

作为本次体验计划的重要内容,邦德咖啡馆还安排专业咖啡师开展系统培训,带领学员学习品牌首创的现萃咖啡果皮咖啡制作工艺。从咖啡果皮风味品鉴,到冰滴现萃技术实践,学员们在专业指导下亲手完成一杯杯充满果香的特色咖啡,不仅掌握了专业技能,也深入了解了邦德咖啡馆坚持产品创新、倡导绿色可持续发展的品牌理念。

Recently, Bond Cafe, a subsidiary of Want Want Group, joined hands with the Xuhui District Working Committee of the Shanghai Taiwan Association to jointly organize the "Taiwan Youth Enterprise Internship Experience Program", inviting 7 Taiwanese youth to Shanghai for enterprise internship experiences. The event provides Taiwanese youth with a deeper understanding of the development of the mainland's consumer industry and corporate culture through forms such as enterprise visits, vocational skills training, and store practices. It enhances professional skills in the real workplace and builds a more practical and efficient platform for cross-strait youth exchanges.

As the organizer of this event, Bond Cafe has carefully designed experiential content around "learning+practice". The students first walked into the headquarters of Want Want Group to get a close-up understanding of the development history, innovative concepts, and corporate culture of mainland consumer brands, and gained a more intuitive understanding of the mainland consumer market and industrial development. During the event, Cai Wangting, General Manager of Want Want Group and founder of Bond Cafe, specially came to the scene to have face-to-face communication with Taiwanese youth, sharing his rich experience in deeply cultivating the consumer industry and brand innovation for many years. He also listened to the ideas of Taiwanese youth and praised their courage to cross the sea and pursue their dreams. I hope that through this experience, we can not only learn to make a cup of coffee, but also fully understand the operation logic of an enterprise from product production, store operation, customer service, supply chain management, digital operation and other aspects, and personally experience the mature supply chain system, industrial system and consumer market in the mainland. Chinese Mainland has a huge market scale and broad development opportunities. I hope that Bond Cafe can help more Taiwanese youth to understand the mainland in depth, and find their own development direction and life stage here."

As an important part of this experience plan, Bond Cafe also arranged professional baristas to conduct systematic training, leading students to learn the brand's pioneering freshly brewed coffee peel coffee making process. From tasting the flavor of coffee peels to practicing ice drop extraction techniques, students have personally completed cups of specialty coffee filled with fruit aroma under professional guidance. They have not only mastered professional skills, but also gained a deep understanding of Bond Cafe's brand philosophy of product innovation and advocating green and sustainable development.

After completing the training, seven Taiwanese youths officially entered multiple Bond coffee shops in Shanghai and transformed into baristas to participate in real operational practices. From beverage production, customer service to store operation management, immerse yourself in the workflow of the mainland service industry, accumulate professional experience in practice, and further experience the vitality and development opportunities of the mainland consumer market.

Taiwanese youth who participated in the experience expressed that this internship not only learned professional skills, but also personally experienced the open and inclusive working atmosphere and thriving market environment of mainland enterprises, bringing more new thinking to future career planning. They also look forward to continuing to participate in cross-strait exchanges and cooperation in the future.

In recent years, Bond Cafe has continued to leverage its brand advantages and actively explore new models of cross-strait youth exchange.
