2026“爽爽贵阳·世界风味餐饮消费周”暨世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛落地贵阳，7月16日至19日，贵阳万象城汇集40位顶尖冲煮咖啡选手，探索咖啡风味。

本次赛事以市场化方式运作，采用“政府牵线搭桥、企业搭台唱戏、行业共同参与”模式，在贵阳市商务局的推动努力下，成功牵线2026世界咖啡冲煮大赛国内唯一主办单位上海博华与南明区万象城携手合作举办该赛事。这也是该项顶级咖啡赛事继苏州后首次离开上海、落户西南地区，将进一步擦亮“爽爽贵阳·咖啡飘香”城市IP。

The "Refreshing Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the China Finals of the World Coffee Brewing Competition will be held in Guiyang in 2026. From July 16th to 19th, the Guiyang MixC will gather 40 top brewing coffee players to explore coffee flavors.

This competition operates in a market-oriented manner, using the model of "government matchmaking, enterprise stage singing, and industry participation". With the promotion and efforts of the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Shanghai Bohua, the only domestic organizer of the 2026 World Coffee Brewing Competition, and Wanxiang City in Nanming District, have successfully partnered to hold the competition. This is also the first time that this top-level coffee competition has left Shanghai and settled in the southwest region after Suzhou, further enhancing the "refreshing Guiyang, coffee fragrance" urban IP.

The World Coffee Brewing Competition is divided into two stages: "Designated Brewing" and "Optional Brewing".

In "designated brewing", all contestants will use the same batch of coffee beans, grinder, and brewing water, and the brewing equipment can be chosen by themselves. In the "self selected brewing" process, contestants need to showcase their ideas and content with a performance oriented approach, expressing their creativity. In two stages, the comprehensive brewing ability of the contestants is tested from multiple dimensions, making it a coffee competition that combines performance and professionalism.

The 2026 World Coffee Brewing Competition China region will last for 11 months, touring 9 regions from Chengdu, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Pu'er, Taizhou, Lhasa, and Guiyang, crossing the eastern and western borders of the country, delving into coffee bean production areas, and attempting to brew new "heights" of coffee flavor and specialty coffee to every corner of China.

The core structure of this event is "competition+market+exchange". In addition to hosting the World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals, the "Refreshing Guiyang · Fireworks and Taste Seeking" food market and "Global Coffee Fragrance · Guiyang Gathering" coffee market will also be held simultaneously. The "Guiyang Inviting Champions to Drink Coffee" event will also be organized, inviting participants (champions of various regional competitions across the country) to enter the block commercial district, experience boutique coffee tasting services, and inspect the coffee business environment in Guiyang. The competition will serve as a bridge to deepen industry exchanges and promote industry cooperation.

In addition, during the event, it is planned to collaborate with the Guiyang Coffee Industry Association to launch the "World Coffee Champion Residency Month" activity, inviting world-class coffee champions to visit and exchange ideas, carry out technical sharing, skill exhibitions and other activities, and help Guiyang coffee production service standards benchmark against world champions, laying a solid foundation for the next step of establishing and exporting Guiyang coffee standard system, technical training, certification qualifications, etc.
