2024年，云南咖啡和鲜切花出口额位居全国前列，农产品出口规模在西部地区处于领先位置，每年约70%的云南蔬菜产品销往国内150多个大中城市及40多个国家和地区。
高原特色农业是云南的特色产业。今年3月，习近平总书记在云南考察时指出：“云南本地产的茶很多，当年就是茶马古道，中药材历史悠久，小粒咖啡很好喝，还是橡胶主产区，有热带亚热带的水果坚果……这些特产都是你们的王牌，要继续把王牌打好。”
云花争艳、云咖飘香、云茶芬芳、云菜清鲜、云果甜美、云菌浓郁、云药道地，云南因地制宜打好高原特色农业这张王牌，从种业端、种植端、市场端发力，以“七彩云品”为代表的一批批云南产高原特色农产品畅销海内外。
做强种业“芯片”——
“云南咖啡还是代表着中国的”，习近平总书记点赞过的云南咖啡，种植面积及产量均居全国前列。
普洱市思茅区野鸭塘咖啡庄园里，客商络绎不绝。“品质提升，越来越多的外地客商上门‘寻豆’。”庄园经理史晗瑜说。
近年来，云南出台相关政策，支持云南咖啡走精品化、精深加工转型之路。优质品种持续更新换代，云南咖啡精品率由2021年的8%提升至如今的31.6%。
“这是德热132，这是德热3号……”云南省德宏热带农业科学研究所研究员周华介绍，“我们将育种时间由30年缩短至10年，其中6个品种已通过国家有关部门审定。”
独特的自然禀赋，造就了云南高原特色农产品资源优势。云南坚持把资源优势转化为发展优势，培育出更多具有自主知识产权的农产品。云南省农业农村厅高原特色农业发展处副处长张昉介绍，云南已建设36个省级种业基地，在花卉、咖啡、蔬菜等作物育种关键技术上取得重要突破。
种植更加“智慧”——
“传感器24小时监测土壤环境，水肥一体化设施将营养物质精准送达蔬菜根系。”玉溪市通海县黄龙社区现代农业绿色高效种植示范基地里，负责人夏宇正在调试土壤传感器系统。
点“绿”成金。在临沧市双江拉祜族佤族布朗族傣族自治县沙河乡邦木村现代化茶园示范基地，“三茶统筹”研究院科研人员指导茶农通过低密度留养、病虫害绿色防控、控肥控药等举措，促使茶园新梢萌发量提升11.1%，每亩综合收益增加400元。
科技赋能，云南各地因地制宜发展农业新质生产力。陆良县建立蔬菜农药风险评估监测和产地追溯制度，农产品质量安全检测率达100%；开远市花卉生产基地，高效节水灌溉覆盖率达100%；文山壮族苗族自治州建立种植三七的规范化流程，明确质量标准……
流通提质增速——
云花“云”上卖，在昆明市呈贡区斗南花卉电子交易中心，每4秒就能完成一笔交易。
昆明花易宝科技有限公司的大屏上，购买热力图实时更新。“平台创新探索鲜切花在线远程撮合交易模式，产需直接对接。大数据分析品类、花色占比等关键销售信息，给花农和花商都带来了方便。”公司负责人赵永能说。
一颗蓝莓，从产地云南蒙自市进入上海的超市，需要几天？“采摘后送冷库预冷，经冷链运输，最快两天到沪。”从事蓝莓销售业务的陈灿灵说。
目前，云南已建成冷库7300余座，库容近740万立方米，基本建成生鲜农产品主产区的区域性、综合性冷链物流设施集群。
助力“云品”出滇，云南农业部门推进品牌集群化发展，联合商务部门每年组织至少6场产销对接活动，2024年云南省农产品网络零售额487.9亿元；昆明海关和交通部门建立农产品出口“绿色通道”协调机制，实现“一次查验、两家互认”；国铁昆明局开行中老铁路“澜湄快线”班列，助力农产品高效出口东南亚国家。
“牢记习近平总书记嘱托，我们要挖掘‘土’的资源、放大‘特’的优势、提高‘产’的效益，让更多‘云品’走向全国、走向世界。”云南省委书记王宁表示。
