近日，随着6组创意设计作品的正式入围，一场由慈湖高新区管委会、安徽歌睿兹咖啡食品有限责任公司（以下简称歌睿兹咖啡）和皖江工学院艺术设计学院共同主办，涵盖咖啡产品包装设计、IP形象打造、门店文化墙设计及周边产品开发等创作内容的首届“歌睿兹”咖啡品牌设计大赛告一段落。在随后几天里，大赛专家评审组将对6组参赛作品进行集中评审，最终评选出一、二、三等奖。

搭起政校企合作新平台

“这是我们企业第一次以校企合作方式举办品牌设计大赛，没想到能汇集这么多新奇的创意。”谈及此次赛事，歌睿兹咖啡品控总监蔡雅娟直言惊喜。大赛自今年6月初启动以来，吸引了皖江工学院艺术设计学院不同专业的63名在校学生积极参与，并走进企业真实场景，倾力创作出一批兼具马鞍山本地特色与人文底蕴的优秀创意设计作品。

这场赛事背后，是慈湖高新区积极搭建政校企合作平台，着力加快建设“诗城创星港”的有力举措和生动实践。歌睿兹咖啡是一家在慈湖高新区成长起来的初创企业，注册成立于2024年12月，如今其业务集咖啡豆采购、烘焙加工、品牌运营于一体，覆盖烘焙代工、自有产品开发、培训、门店及咖啡车运营，目前拥有7台进口烘焙机、日产能30吨，6台FUSO挂耳设备、年产能1.5亿包，速溶及胶囊产线、日产100万条和12万颗。

去年，企业投资建设年产2万吨高端咖啡自动化焙炒基地，一期两条产线于当年11月在慈湖高新区西部产业合作园竣工投产，是华住会、上海航空等多家知名企业的供应商。今年，企业入选首批市人才服务合伙人。

让服务从政策延伸到日常

“有技术、缺场地”，是初创企业普遍存在的难题。对此，慈湖高新区构建起覆盖企业初创、成长、成熟全生命周期的创新服务生态，为初创企业筑牢“避风港”。

前不久，一辆满载醇香与创意的移动咖啡车驶入“诗城创星港”首批单元星团——慈湖高新区宁马科创园。此次投放在宁马科创园的移动咖啡车，采用灵活移动运营模式，能根据园区科研节奏和企业需求动态调整服务时段与点位，并依托歌睿兹咖啡从采购、烘焙到出品的全链条品控能力，可现场制作美式、拿铁、手冲等多种精品咖啡，让“随时来一杯咖啡”成为宁马科创园人才工作生活的日常，也让“诗城创星港”的服务从政策与空间延伸到日常生活的细微之处。

作为聚焦生物医药领域的专业科创产业园区，慈湖高新区宁马科创园依托独特的“研发在上海，转化在马鞍山”双基地模式，已集聚皓元医药、乐研生物医药等近20家生物医药企业，引进各类人才超1000人。“大多数年轻人都有喝咖啡的习惯，可以边喝咖啡边聊创意边谈合作。如何服务这类群体的日常生活需求，成为摆在我们面前的一道必答题。”在慈湖高新区人才发展服务中心工作人员郑齐林看来，移动咖啡车的入驻正是完善“诗城创星港”单元星团配套服务功能的重要举措。

如今，在慈湖高新区创新人才聚集的宁马科创园和双创基地，都有歌睿兹移动咖啡车的身影。与此同时，慈湖高新区还以咖啡为媒介，先后策划推出“咖啡+政策”“咖啡+沙龙”“咖啡+路演”及咖啡冲煮兴趣班等一系列多元活动，让一杯咖啡成为链接人才、政策与资源的有效纽带。

(hereinafter referred to as Ge Rui Zi Coffee), and the Art and Design School of Wanjiang University of Technology, covering creative content such as coffee product packaging design, IP image creation, store cultural wall design, and peripheral product development, has come to an end. Establishing a new platform for government school enterprise cooperation

This is the first time our company has held a brand design competition through school enterprise cooperation, and we didn't expect to gather so many novel ideas, "said Cai Yajuan, Quality Control Director of Goertek Coffee, who expressed surprise about the competition. Since its launch in early June this year, the competition has attracted 63 students from different majors in the School of Art and Design at Wanjiang University of Technology to actively participate, and to enter the real scene of enterprises, creating a batch of excellent creative design works that combine the local characteristics and humanistic heritage of Ma'anshan.

Behind this competition, Cihu High tech Zone actively builds a platform for political school enterprise cooperation, focusing on accelerating the construction of the "Poetry City and Star Harbor" with powerful measures and vivid practices. Ge Rui Zi Coffee is a start-up enterprise that grew up in Cihu High tech Zone. It was registered and established in December 2024. Nowadays, its business integrates coffee bean procurement, roasting processing, and brand operation, covering roasting OEM, proprietary product development, training, store and coffee truck operation. Currently, it has 7 imported roasting machines with a daily output of 30 tons, 6 FUSO ear hanging equipment, an annual production capacity of 150 million bags, instant and capsule production lines, and a daily output of 1 million pieces and 120000 pieces.

Last year, the company invested in the construction of a high-end coffee automated roasting base with an annual output of 20000 tons. The first phase of two production lines were completed and put into operation in the Western Industrial Cooperation Park of Cihu High tech Zone in November of that year. It is a supplier to many well-known enterprises such as Huazhu Association and Shanghai Airlines. This year, the company was selected as one of the first batch of municipal talent service partners.

Extend services from policies to daily life

Having technology but lacking space is a common challenge for startups. In response, Cihu High tech Zone has established an innovative service ecosystem covering the entire life cycle of enterprise start-up, growth, and maturity, building a "safe haven" for start-up enterprises.

Not long ago, a mobile coffee truck loaded with rich aroma and creativity drove into the first batch of unit clusters of the "Poetry City Star Harbor" - Ningma Science and Technology Innovation Park in Cihu High tech Zone. The mobile coffee truck deployed in Ningma Science and Technology Innovation Park adopts a flexible mobile operation mode, which can dynamically adjust service hours and locations according to the pace of scientific research in the park and the needs of enterprises. Relying on the full chain quality control capabilities of Goertez Coffee from procurement, roasting to production, it can produce various boutique coffees such as American style, latte, and hand brew on site, making "a cup of coffee at any time" a daily routine for talent work and life in Ningma Science and Technology Innovation Park.
