雷峰网独家获悉，前京东集团副总裁、瑞幸咖啡 CTO 何刚再创业 ，成立公司「跃灵智伴科技」，瞄准 AI 陪伴机器人赛道，聚焦国内家庭场景，打造面向银发人群的 AI 智能养老机器人。

目前开启首轮融资，计划出让 9% 股份，募集 2000 万，投前估值 2 亿人民币。企查查显示，该公司成立于 2025 年 9 月。

对此消息，雷峰网联系到何刚本人，他表示，情况属实。首款产品预计 7 月底至 8 月初开启预售，9 月底至 10 月初完成开模并启动量产。今年目标销量 1000 台，完成初步市场验证；同时规划明年进军美国市场，推进全球化布局。

在他看来，当前家用智能机器人属全新物种，市场尚处极早期，入局时机不晚，自身产品难被抄袭且成本控制能力做到极致。

何刚，15 岁考入中国科大少年班，后毕业于美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校，获计算机科学与物理学双硕士学位。回国前，他在微软、亚马逊累计任职十二年，历任微软网上广告部门首席研发经理、亚马逊 AWS S3 云计算项目技术负责人。

2011 年，何刚受盛大集团创始人陈天桥邀请归国，担任盛大云计算负责人、盛大集团副总裁。

2012 年，离开盛大后，何刚火速加入京东，担任京东集团技术副总裁兼首席科学家，并开始逐步负责京东的云计算业务。

2019 年 9 月何刚加入瑞幸咖啡担任 CTO，于次年 4 月离职，系瑞幸财务造假丑闻后首位出走的高层。2020 年 8 月，他加入奈雪的茶出任 CTO，负责前后端数字化建设。2023 年 8 月离开，转向大模型创业。

此后三年，他淡出公众视野，江湖再无音讯。再度现身，即是此番动向。

当前，人工智能浪潮下，机器人赛道加速升温，多方势力密集下场，加速卡位。与此同时，中国老龄化全面全面加速。国家统计居民数据显示，2025 年末，我国 60 岁及以上人口约 3.23 亿，占总人口 23.0%。其中 65 岁及以上人口 2.24 亿，占比 15.9%，同时 1 亿左右的低龄老年群体（60—64 岁）。两大趋势叠加，为智能养老产业打开广阔空间。

巨大市场潜力之下，他选择再度出征，入局“银发经济+具身智能”交叉赛道。

从昔日天才少年，到年过半百仍冲锋在行业一线的创业者，身处 AI 机器人赛道竞争日趋白热化的当下，当被问及当下创业心境时，这位深耕云计算三十余年的老将，流露出技术人独有的纯粹，脱口而出：“好玩”。

政策、需求、技术看似形成合力，但养老陪伴机器人想要真正走入家庭，仍面临诸多现实考验，愿意为此买单的家庭数量仍是未知数。后续关于何刚动向，雷峰网将持续关注。

Leifeng.com has exclusively learned that He Gang, former Vice President of JD Group and CTO of Luckin Coffee, has started a new business and established the company "Yueling Zhiban Technology", aiming at the AI companion robot track, focusing on domestic household scenarios, and creating AI intelligent elderly care robots for the silver haired population.

At present, the first round of financing is underway, with plans to sell 9% of the shares and raise 20 million yuan, with a pre investment valuation of 200 million yuan. According to Qichacha, the company was established in September 2025.

Regarding this news, Lei Fengwang contacted He Gang himself and he stated that the situation is true. The first product is expected to start pre-sale from the end of July to early August, and complete mold opening and start mass production from the end of September to early October. This year's target sales volume is 1000 units, completing preliminary market validation; At the same time, we plan to enter the US market next year and promote globalization.

In his opinion, the current household intelligent robots belong to a completely new species, and the market is still in its early stages. It is not too late to enter the market, and its own products are difficult to be copied and its cost control ability is extremely high.

He Gang was admitted to the Youth Class of the University of Science and Technology of China at the age of 15, and later graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with dual master's degrees in Computer Science and Physics. Before returning to China, he worked for a total of twelve years at Microsoft and Amazon, serving as the Chief R&D Manager of Microsoft's online advertising department and the technical leader of Amazon AWS S3 cloud computing project.

In 2011, He Gang was invited by Chen Tianqiao, the founder of Shanda Group, to return to China and serve as the head of Shengda Cloud Computing and vice president of Shanda Group.

In 2012, after leaving Shanda, He Gang quickly joined JD.com as the Vice President of Technology and Chief Scientist of JD.com Group, gradually taking charge of JD's cloud computing business.

At the beginning of his tenure, he proposed a highly forward-looking three-step strategy of "private cloud → public cloud → business ecosystem". Under his leadership, JD Cloud's business developed rapidly and once ranked among the top five in the domestic industry. He is also regarded as the "first generation leader of JD Cloud" by the outside world. He Gang joined Luckin Coffee as CTO in September 2019 and resigned in April of the following year, becoming the first senior executive to leave after the Luckin Coffee financial fraud scandal. In August 2020, he joined Nayuki Tea as CTO, responsible for front-end and back-end digital construction. Leave in August 2023 and turn to big model entrepreneurship.

In the following three years, he faded out of the public eye and there was no news of him in the martial arts world. Appearing again is this move.
