西定乡产出世界顶级咖啡豆Xiding Township produces world-class coffee beans

日前，在2026第二届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛（云南卓越杯试点赛）上，勐海云乐咖啡有限公司生产的瑰夏咖啡豆突破90分大关，获得赛事第2名的好成绩。

卓越杯（简称CoE）堪称“咖啡生豆界的奥林匹克”。作为全球公信力最强、行业认可度最高的顶级生豆赛事，比赛采用多重编码盲评机制，全程隐匿产地、庄园、生产者等相关信息。在评审标准上，大赛严格沿用CoE国际顶级测评体系，从干净度、甜度、酸质、口感、风味、余韵、均衡度、整体评价八大核心专业维度，对生豆品质进行精细化、全方位打分测评。

在CoE极为严苛的评分体系下，87分以上已是国际公认的精品咖啡，而90分以上则代表了“卓越级”，是世界顶级咖啡豆的标志。本次比赛中，勐海云乐咖啡有限公司生产的瑰夏咖啡生豆从162支入围合格生豆中脱颖而出，突破90分大关，斩获赛事第2名的佳绩，为勐海县精品咖啡打开了通往全球高端市场的新通道。

勐海云乐咖啡有限公司位于勐海县西定乡，现种植的咖啡有绿顶瑰夏、哥伦比亚1号、389等优良品种，独特的气候与自然生态环境，让西定咖啡形成了“均匀饱满、光泽鲜亮、酸度适宜、香气馥郁、层次丰富”的独特风味。

近年来，在西定乡党委、乡政府的统筹推动下，勐海云乐咖啡有限公司深耕种植前端，免费向农户发放咖啡苗近600万株，价值超千万元，引进优质咖啡品种，并联合科研院所开展良种培育。全乡推行“五统一”管理模式，采用生态种植方式，咖啡亩产达到1200公斤，带动咖农年均增收约4800元。同时，搭建农企科研对接平台，常态化邀请农业技术专家进村入地，免费为咖农开展田间管护、病虫害防治专项培训。目前，该乡累计投入超1200万元，建成标准化咖啡加工厂、烘焙厂，实现咖啡鲜果就地加工。生产端严格采摘标准，只采收成熟红果保障咖啡品质，产品端从单一售卖生豆，转向推出挂耳咖啡、精品咖啡豆、咖啡果皮茶等多元产品，大幅提升产品附加值，让小小咖啡豆真正成为群众稳定增收的“金豆豆”。（李明萱）

The Excellence Cup (abbreviated as CoE) can be called the "Olympics of the coffee bean industry". As the top tier green bean competition with the strongest global credibility and the highest industry recognition, the competition adopts a multi coding blind evaluation mechanism, and hides relevant information such as the origin, estate, and producer throughout the entire process. In terms of evaluation criteria, the competition strictly follows the top international evaluation system of CoE, and conducts refined and comprehensive scoring and evaluation of the quality of raw beans from eight core professional dimensions: cleanliness, sweetness, sourness, taste, flavor, aftertaste, balance, and overall evaluation.

Under the extremely strict scoring system of CoE, a score of 87 or above is internationally recognized as a premium coffee, while a score of 90 or above represents "excellence" and is a symbol of the world's top coffee beans. In this competition, Guixia coffee green beans produced by Menghai Yunle Coffee Co., Ltd. stood out from 162 qualified green beans, breaking the 90 point mark and winning the second place in the competition, opening a new channel for Menghai County's premium coffee to enter the global high-end market.

Menghai Yunle Coffee Co., Ltd. is located in Xiding Township, Menghai County. The coffee currently grown includes excellent varieties such as Green Top Guixia, Columbia No.1, 389, etc. The unique climate and natural ecological environment have formed a unique flavor of Xiding coffee, which is "uniform and full, shiny, suitable acidity, rich aroma, and rich layers".

In recent years, under the overall promotion of the Xiding Township Party Committee and Township Government, Menghai Yunle Coffee Co., Ltd. has deeply cultivated the front end of planting, distributed nearly 6 million free coffee seedlings to farmers, valued at over 10 million yuan, introduced high-quality coffee varieties, and cooperated with research institutes to carry out breeding of excellent varieties. The whole township implements the "Five Unifications" management mode, adopts ecological planting methods, and achieves a coffee yield of 1200 kilograms per mu, driving an average annual income increase of about 4800 yuan for coffee farmers. At the same time, we will establish a scientific research docking platform for agricultural enterprises, regularly invite agricultural technology experts to enter villages and fields, and provide free field management and pest control special training for coffee farmers. At present, the township has invested over 12 million yuan to build standardized coffee processing plants and roasting plants, achieving on-site processing of fresh coffee fruits. The production side strictly follows the picking standards, only harvesting mature red fruits to ensure the quality of coffee. The product side has shifted from selling only raw beans to launching a variety of products such as hanging ear coffee, premium coffee beans, and coffee peel tea, greatly increasing the added value of products and making small coffee beans truly become the "golden beans" for stable income growth for the masses.
