瑰夏咖啡豆品种小知识：
瑰夏是珍稀阿拉比卡咖啡品种，1931年发现于埃塞俄比亚瑰夏森林，花香馥郁、果酸明亮，被誉为咖啡中的“爱马仕”。瑰夏村坐落于埃塞西南部，原生瑰夏种豆子干净柔和，水洗处理的瑰夏茉莉柑橘突出，而日晒处理则饱含莓果蜜甜，茶感绵长，是瑰夏本源风味代表。
埃塞俄比亚瑰夏村（Gesha Village）的真正魅力，远不止于“瑰夏”这一品种标签，更在于其不可复制的风土密码——广袤的原始森林、独特的微气候、精细的地块划分以及多元的处理工艺。每年竞拍前的样品杯测会，正是各大庄园集中展示当季风土表现与生豆品质的年度盛宴。
这次杯测会为大家准备了34个甄选竞标批次，其中包含：
冠军甄选组Champion Reserve（共10个批次）
庄园甄选组 Farm Reserve！（共12个批次）
暗房干燥甄选组 Gesha Noir（共12个批次）

喜欢瑰夏的咖啡爱好者、关注瑰夏村的咖啡馆和各生豆商，可联合参与竞拍。
不需要复杂的风味描述讲解，赶在正式竞拍前先喝到竞拍样品，感受一下自己喜欢的风味，也同时感受隐藏竞拍冠军款的非凡魅力。

Guixia coffee bean variety tips:
Guixia is a rare Arabica coffee variety discovered in 1931 in the Guixia Forest of Ethiopia. It has a rich floral aroma and bright fruit acid, and is known as the "Hermes" of coffee. Guixia Village is located in the southwest of Ethiopia. The native Guixia beans are clean and soft, while the washed Guixia jasmine citrus stands out. The sun dried Guixia is full of berry sweetness and long-lasting tea flavor, representing the original flavor of Guixia.
The true charm of Gesha Village in Ethiopia lies not only in the variety label of "Gesha", but also in its irreplaceable terroir code - vast virgin forests, unique microclimates, precise land division, and diverse processing techniques.
