7月14日，位于四川绵阳李杜祠内的曼娘助残服务中心，右眼失明的方淑冲兑了47杯咖啡。这些咖啡，每杯9.9元，是爱心人士们共同存在此处的，前来喝咖啡的人不需要付钱。但是，每杯咖啡方淑可以挣2元钱，还有4名失去劳动能力的重度精神残疾人，每人可以得1元钱。

该公益项目发起者欧阳曼娘告诉红星新闻记者，项目发起后，仅用了一天半的时间，爱心人士就存了1145杯，到现在一个月时间，共喝了419杯，“9.9元一杯咖啡，存给陌生人喝，两个人一起完成了一杯公益咖啡，喝咖啡的不是占便宜，而是接力了这份爱！”

存咖啡给陌生人喝

一杯9.9元的咖啡帮助5名残疾人

欧阳曼娘是四川绵阳一名公益人士，曾发起过“旧衣服变废为宝300助残计划”等公益助残项目。此次发起的助残项目，来源于她听到的一句话。

“我认识了一名妈妈，她孩子患有精神疾病，离不开他人的照顾。当时，这个妈妈说‘父母去世了，孩子怎么办？’这句话触动了我。”欧阳曼娘说，经过思索，她想出了“存咖啡给陌生人喝”的公益项目，并取名“曼慢喝”。

欧阳曼娘介绍，一杯咖啡9.9元，爱心人士最少存一杯咖啡，最多存十杯咖啡。他们制作了小花，中间写着爱心人士的名字，陌生人来喝咖啡时，可以随意选取一朵花，也代表着这名爱心人士存的咖啡已有陌生人喝了。

“爱心人士存了咖啡，有陌生人来喝了，两个人一起完成了这一杯公益咖啡。爱喝咖啡的人不是占便宜，而是接力了爱。”欧阳曼娘说。

欧阳曼娘介绍，制作咖啡的是残疾人士，每制作一杯咖啡，可以从9.9元中获得2元钱，另外有4元钱，会给4名失去劳动能力的重度精神残疾人，他们每人可从每杯咖啡中获得一元钱，剩余的3.9元是运营成本。

“也就是说，一杯咖啡可以帮助5名残疾人。”欧阳曼娘介绍，目前，4名重度精神残疾人是固定的，来制作咖啡的人员不固定，如果一天有两三个人来制作，那他们就一人一杯轮流制作。

存的多喝的少

“能帮助到别人，孩子感觉很开心”

14日上午，红星新闻记者来到绵阳李杜祠内，在靠里面的地方，就是曼娘助残服务中心所在地。在院坝中，有人正在教制作扎染，屋内还有很多残疾人士做的手工作品。门口的一张大展板上，贴着密密麻麻的“小花朵”，每朵花上面有一个名字，代表着一杯咖啡。

方淑右眼失明，当天是她第二天来制作咖啡。她每次制作都特别小心，然后礼貌地用双手端给客人。当天因为有大学生来进行社会实践活动，方淑有点忙，一共制作了47杯咖啡。

小肖是一名17岁的姑娘，被诊断为智力三级残疾，现在读高一，她也是制作人员之一，但因为在读书，她是周末才过来。其父亲肖先生告诉红星新闻记者，每次他们陪着孩子去，几次后能明显感觉到孩子的一些变化，比如现在她会主动扫地，起床也较早了，“更重要的是，她知道自己制作咖啡不仅能挣钱，还能帮助别人时，孩子感觉很开心。”

欧阳曼娘有一份训练记录表，红星新闻记者看到，有人最高制作了161杯，也有人制作了数杯。欧阳曼娘介绍，6月中旬项目启动时，仅一天半时间，爱心人士一共存了1145杯，于是她暂停了存咖啡，准备等喝得差不多时再开始第二轮。到现在刚好一个月，共喝了419杯咖啡。

“存的多喝的少，这份爱心需要两个人共同来完成，如果只有人存没有人喝，那这笔钱就只能躺在账户上。”欧阳曼娘说，希望更多的人参与进来，不仅是存咖啡，也要来喝咖啡。

Xiao Xiao is a 17-year-old girl diagnosed with a third level intellectual disability. She is currently in her first year of high school and is also one of the production staff. However, due to her studies, she only came over on weekends. Mr. Xiao, the father of the child, told Red Star News reporters that every time they accompany the child, they can clearly feel some changes in the child after a few times.
