“雪山回甘”意绵长

夏日高原，夕阳余晖映红雪山。晚饭后，新疆和田军分区某连营区内，一股咖啡醇香扑鼻而来，沁人心脾。

连队“咖啡角”内，下士李俊杰将刚烤好的咖啡豆缓缓倒入研磨仓，手指轻按启动键，刀片飞速旋转，豆子碰撞出“咔嚓”声响。“磨快点，等会儿新战友来了，一定让他们尝尝雪域咖啡有多香。”他小声念叨着，嘴角不自觉上扬。

“我们一直期待，连队能有个可以让大家休闲放松的角落。”去年，上级到连队调研时，官兵说出了这个朴素心愿。团机关业务部门负责人当即将其列入帮建基层清单。相关经费很快到位，官兵将一个闲置宿舍改造成“咖啡角”。新兵主动搬桌铺地，老兵帮忙打扫卫生，团政治工作处还协调了一台小型意式咖啡机。

“这里虽然没有江南烟雨，但我愿用笔墨把它画出来。”听说要改造“咖啡角”，学过绘画的卢副连长自告奋勇，在一面空白墙上勾勒出亭台水榭、杨柳依依，让人恍若置身盛景之中。

中士李杰喜欢花草。他将自己精心培育的绿萝、吊兰逐一搬来，错落摆放在窗边与角落，“咖啡角”瞬间多了几分生机。

“咖啡角”正式开张。李俊杰主动请缨担任管理员。此后，他利用空闲时间自学咖啡技艺，从研磨、萃取到拉花，一点点摸索。每到休息日，他便准时出现在“咖啡角”，调试设备、调制饮品，还在便笺纸上写下一句句“咖啡心语”。

“要不要给你调制的咖啡取个好听的名字？”王指导员喝完一杯特调咖啡后提议，一场命名大会随即在“咖啡角”拉开帷幕。

“可以叫‘铁线拿铁’！”老兵王得鹏说，“汽车兵守护高原天路，咖啡就是咱的‘提神饮品’。”“建议叫‘雪山回甘’！”中士罗藏接过话茬，“苦过之后才懂甜，就像守防的日子，累并幸福着。”最后，这个名字得到多数人认可。

有味道，有故事。对官兵来说，“咖啡角”不仅是喝咖啡的地方。

大家自发添置“家当”。王指导员自费购置了一台冰淇淋机，让大家第一次尝到了“雪域冰激凌”的滋味。有人把珍藏多年的旧唱片摆在架子上供大家欣赏。也有人将执勤途中捡回的奇石、红柳标本陈列在窗台，引得新兵争相拍照。

一次，上等兵吴茂林因训练跟不上强度，情绪低落。那晚，他独自来到“咖啡角”。李俊杰端来一杯“雪山回甘”，轻轻放在他面前，附上一张便笺：“今天你最棒！”吴茂林捧着杯子，闻着咖啡香，眼眶有些发热。低头抿了一口，醇香中带着甘甜，内心的焦虑也随之消散。

不久前，二级上士仵磊家属来队，他特意带妻子走进“咖啡角”，两人一起喝着“雪山回甘”。妻子笑着说：“没想到，这里的咖啡这么香……”

一杯咖啡，温暖兵心。每到休息日，大家围坐在一起。有人听老兵讲家乡的故事、巡逻中的经历；有人捧着《苦难辉煌》静读；有人拨动吉他轻轻弹唱……浓郁的咖啡香弥漫开来，为这座高原军营注入别样的蓬勃活力。

The new recruits took the initiative to move tables and lay the ground, while the veterans helped clean up. The political work office of the regiment also coordinated a small Italian coffee machine.

The 'Coffee Corner' has officially opened. Li Junjie volunteered to serve as an administrator. Afterwards, he used his free time to self-study coffee techniques, gradually exploring from grinding, extraction to latte art. On every day off, he would appear on time at the "coffee corner" to debug equipment, prepare drinks, and write down "coffee heart language" on sticky notes.

Someone puts old records that have been cherished for many years on the shelf for everyone to enjoy. Some people also display rare stones and red willow specimens picked up during their duty on windowsills, attracting new recruits to take photos.

Wu Maolin held the cup, smelling the aroma of coffee and his eyes slightly warm. I lowered my head and took a sip, with a mellow aroma mixed with sweetness, and my inner anxiety dissipated with it.

Not long ago, the family of Second Class Sergeant Wu Lei came to the team. He specially took his wife into the "Coffee Corner" and the two of them drank "Snow Mountain Returns Sweet" together. My wife smiled and said, "I didn't expect the coffee here to be so delicious

A cup of coffee warms the heart of soldiers. On weekends, everyone sits together. Some people listen to veterans tell stories about their hometown and their experiences during patrols; Some people hold 'The Glorious Suffering' and read it quietly; Someone played the guitar gently and sang...
