来自贵州安顺的Echo cafe在咖啡上层融合山葵泡奶,使得咖啡入口带着一丝清爽刺激,下层基底带些白葡萄酒和檀木香气,中段充盈着馥郁果香,尾调还有清雅花香,同时还在咖啡中加入本地罗甸火龙果提味,比起普通火龙果,果香更纯粹浓郁,淡淡清香不冲鼻,让饮品风味立体丰富。

来自上海的咖啡品牌柚+带来一款名叫“人生五味”的意式手工冰淇淋,制作原料融合意大利柠檬、苦瓜与贵州遵义本地辣椒。辣椒点缀于冰淇淋顶部,一口可以品尝四层风味交织:苦瓜的清苦、柠檬的鲜酸、gelato绵密清甜,尾调裹挟辣椒独特辛香,酸甜苦辣齐聚一口,恰似百味人生。

本土风味与精品咖啡碰撞融合,让贵州特色风味通过咖啡走向大众,不仅丰富了喝咖啡的多元体验,更持续吸引省内外游客驻足品鉴,不断放大贵阳咖啡文化的独特吸引力。

From July 16th to 19th, the "Super Gravity Coffee Festival", which gathers top domestic and foreign coffee brands, was held at the Wanda Plaza in Guiyang.

At the coffee festival, many brands made use of local ingredients from Guizhou, organically blending Luodian dragon fruit, Guizhou prickly pear, chili, rice, and other ingredients with coffee to create a new coffee flavor with Guizhou flavor.

Echo cafe “Amani”

Echo cafe from Anshun, Guizhou blends wasabi infused milk on the top of the coffee, giving it a refreshing and stimulating taste. The bottom layer has some white wine and sandalwood aromas, while the middle layer is filled with rich fruit aroma. The tail notes also have elegant floral fragrance. At the same time, local Rodin dragon fruit is added to enhance the flavor of the coffee. Compared to ordinary dragon fruit, the fruit aroma is purer and richer, with a light fragrance that is not pungent, making the drink have a three-dimensional and rich flavor.

GTScoffe Roasters "Old Guiyang Rice Flower"

Gtscoffee Roasters, a local coffee brand in Guiyang, uses Guizhou specialty glutinous rice and Dong ethnic rice to make a rice milk base, which is mixed with fresh milk. The top layer is poured with rich and concentrated coffee, making the coffee taste distinct and the grain and rice aroma soft, complementing the coffee aroma. The fusion of coffee and rice milk is just right, evoking the memories of Guiyang people tasting old-fashioned popcorn on the street.

Sheepskin Cave

A brand coffee traveler from Qiannan, Guizhou has put the Guizhou specialty attraction "Sheepskin Cave" into a cup. Sheepskin Cave "is a special blend mainly based on Guizhou Maoyemu ginger seeds and green apples, with a refreshing taste and a unique light basil aroma with lemongrass and green apple sandwich cookies. The first mouthful is sweet and sour of green apples, mixed with the unique aroma of wood ginger, and the base note is the mellow of coffee and the refreshing of basil.

Little Wild "Breath of Grass and Trees 2.0"

In response to the local people's love for spicy food, "Breath of Plants 2.0" adds herbal ingredients such as lavender and white asparagus to coffee, and blends them with local dried chili and Mexican chili. The entrance first has a herbal fragrance, and the middle and later stages show a spicy taste, with rich and varied layers, replicating the sensory experience of strolling through the mountains and forests of Guiyang and local dietary preferences.

Room for G ELATO - Five Flavors of Life

The coffee brand Pomelo+from Shanghai brings an Italian handmade ice cream called "Five Flavors of Life", made with a blend of Italian lemon, bitter melon, and local chili peppers from Zunyi, Guizhou. Chili peppers adorn the top of the ice cream, allowing you to taste four layers of flavors intertwined in one bite: the bitterness of bitter melon, the freshness and sourness of lemon, the dense and sweet taste of gelato, and the unique spicy aroma of chili peppers wrapped in the aftertaste. The combination of sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy flavors is like a hundred flavors of life.

The collision and fusion of local flavors and boutique coffee have brought Guizhou's unique flavors to the public through coffee, enriching the diverse experience of drinking coffee and continuously attracting tourists from both inside and outside the province to stop and taste, continuously amplifying the unique appeal of Guiyang's coffee culture.
