（来源：上观新闻）热浪滚滚，何以消暑？除了空调，也可以是一杯冰咖啡。最近，位于天会HQ（原凌空SOHO）的A&Z OPTION COFFEE推出了气泡冷萃系列新品，其中一款名为“凌空微风”的咖啡，光听名字就自带清爽夏日氛围。

近日，“宁宁”信步走入了这家位于天会HQ一层街角的咖啡馆。纯白色的空间干净明亮，视觉上便能消解几分暑气。

菜单上，新上架的几款气泡冷萃都很适合夏日饮用，其中“凌空微风”更是极具片区专属特色。点单时，“宁宁”还担心不加奶的冷萃会不会太苦，店员笑着回答：“不会，是青柠的味道。”制作时，店员先倒入青柠气泡水，再将杯子放到智能咖啡机下，设备自动注入定量、控温的咖啡液，不到一分钟，一杯分层明显、气泡细密的饮品便完成了。

饮品端上来，给人的第一印象是很美。粉色的气泡水与深褐色咖啡自然分层，中间萦绕着久久不散的泡泡，轻晃杯身，颜色又变成了类似葡萄汁的紫红色。喝上一口，入口先是青柠的酸甜，随后是咖啡的爽口。明明是喝咖啡，却拥有了一种喝小甜水的快乐。值得一提的是，杯子容量不大，咖啡因含量相对有限，不太适合晨间提神，反而很适合下午解解馋。

这款饮品正是为了夏天而设计。店家尝试过不同搭配：汤力水略苦、苏打水太冲、柠檬水又偏甜，最终选择了青柠气泡水，希望做出一杯无负担、清爽柔和的夏日咖啡。同系列还有融合洋甘菊与干姜啤酒风味的“仲夏花园”、富含草本香气的“喜乐Let Go”以及带有瑰夏风味的“顺随Self Care”等。

工作人员介绍，这是品牌首家、也是目前唯一一家实体门店。菜单既有拿铁、美式等经典产品，也有气泡冷萃、珍稀冷萃等特色单品，同时提供低咖啡因、无咖啡因等饮品供选择，价格大多在20元左右。店里一整面墙陈列着咖啡豆、挂耳咖啡、冻干咖啡等产品，包装按A到Z排列，不少园区白领会趁午休来挑选喜欢的风味。

天会HQ新店频出，而开业近两年的A&Z OPTION COFFEE，已经算得上园区里的“老朋友”。墙上写着一句简单的话——“咖啡自有风味。”如果最近想寻觅一杯轻松随性、无需刻意品鉴的精品咖啡，不妨来试试。

Recently, A&Z OPTION COFFEE, located in Tianhui HQ (formerly Lingkong SOHO), launched a new series of bubble cold brew products, including a coffee called "Lingkong Breeze", which exudes a refreshing summer atmosphere just by its name.

Recently, "Ningning" walked into this caf é located on the corner of the first floor of Tianhui HQ. A pure white space is clean and bright, visually relieving a bit of summer heat.

On the menu, several newly launched bubble cold extracts are very suitable for summer drinking, among which "Soaring Breeze" is a highly exclusive feature of the region. When placing an order, "Ningning" was worried that the cold brew without milk would be too bitter. The salesperson smiled and replied, "No, it's the taste of lime." When making, the salesperson first poured lime sparkling water, then placed the cup under the smart coffee machine, and the device automatically injected a quantitative and temperature controlled coffee liquid. In less than a minute, a cup of layered and fine bubble beverage was completed.

When the drink is served, the first impression it gives is very beautiful. The pink sparkling water naturally layered with the dark brown coffee, with lingering bubbles in the middle that lingered for a long time. Shaking the cup lightly, the color changed back to a purple red color similar to grape juice. Taking a sip, the taste begins with the sweetness and sourness of lime, followed by the refreshing taste of coffee. Although it's coffee, I have a pleasure of drinking sweet water. It is worth mentioning that the cup has a small capacity and relatively limited caffeine content, which is not suitable for refreshing in the morning, but rather for satisfying cravings in the afternoon.

This drink is designed specifically for summer. The shop tried different combinations: slightly bitter tonic water, too strong soda water, and slightly sweet lemon water. In the end, they chose lime sparkling water, hoping to make a burden free, refreshing and soft summer coffee. In the same series, there are also "Midsummer Garden" that combines chamomile and ginger beer flavors, "Let Go" that is rich in herbal aroma, and "Shun Sui Self Care" with a rosy summer flavor.

The staff introduced that this is the brand's first and currently the only physical store. The menu includes classic products such as latte and American style, as well as specialty items such as bubble cold brew and rare cold brew. Additionally, low caffeine and decaffeinated beverages are available for selection, with prices mostly around 20 yuan. The entire wall of the store displays coffee beans, hanging ear coffee, freeze-dried coffee and other products, with packaging arranged from A to Z. Many white-collar workers in the park take advantage of their lunch break to choose their favorite flavors.

Tianhui HQ has frequent new stores, and A&Z OPTION COFFEE, which has been open for nearly two years, can be considered an "old friend" in the park. There is a simple sentence written on the wall - "Coffee has its own flavor." If you are looking for a relaxing and casual boutique coffee that does not require deliberate tasting recently, you may want to give it a try.
