7月19日下午，2026WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛颁奖典礼在贵阳正式落下帷幕，来自乔治队长咖啡团队的梁宝怡获总决赛亚军。

此次比赛全国9大赛区历时11个月层层选拔，40位顶尖选手齐聚贵阳，经过初赛、复赛、决赛三层考核，最终6人晋级终极对决。决赛现场，6 位顶尖选手依次登台完成自选冲煮展演，结合咖啡豆产地故事、专属萃取方案完成完整专业展示。经过评选，来自乔治队长咖啡团队的梁宝怡稳定发挥，精准把控水温、粉水比例、绕注水流等细微参数，均衡细腻的风味表达收获评委高度认可，最终斩获全国亚军。

梁宝怡是乔治队长咖啡团队的“00后”咖啡师，她用一杯杯稳定的出品，成了赛场上最令人瞩目的新星。“其实还可以再好一点点。”梁宝怡告诉记者，为了这次总决赛，她全身心投入了近十天，队长彭近洋也总会在每一个细节上反复“抓”住她，帮她打磨技术。

梁宝怡去年来到贵阳后，被这里浓郁的咖啡氛围深深打动。“贵阳爱咖啡的人太多了，不论男女老少，都对咖啡特别开放、特别包容。”梁宝怡说。

Liang Baoyi is a "post-00s" barista for Captain George's coffee team. With a steady stream of products, she has become the most eye-catching new star on the field.
