信网·信号新闻7月17日讯　7月10日，北京嘉瑞得科贸有限公司首都机场第二分公司所售卖咖啡标价与售价不符，被北京市市场监督管理局处罚。

“京机场市监处罚[2026]1号”行政处罚决定书显示，北京嘉瑞得科贸有限公司首都机场第二分公司为“Manner”品牌授权经营者，该店在4月2日起接到品牌方通知开始调价到25元每杯，但在店里电子显示屏没有调整，还是按照之前的20元每杯。4月3日到4月9日期间，该店“绿野仙踪” 品种咖啡共销售10杯，收费250元，电子显示屏菜单20元每杯，小程序标价25元每杯，标价违规收费50元。

该行为构成违反《中华人民共和国价格法》第十三条第二款，经营者不得在标价之外加价出售商品，不得收取任何未予标明的费用。该店面在知晓涉嫌违法后，立即进行了整改。

北京市市场监督管理局依据《中华人民共和国价格法》第四十二条，责令北京嘉瑞得科贸有限公司首都机场第二分公司改正上述违法行为，并处罚款1000元，没收违法所得250元。

企查查平台信息显示，北京嘉瑞得科贸有限公司首都机场第二分公司成立于2021年10月，位于北京市顺义区首都国际机场T3航站楼公共区2层A2W10（首都机场内），总公司为北京嘉瑞得科贸有限公司，旗下共有21家分支机构。

据报道，Manner Coffee公司全国门店价格同步上涨，核心原因是选用了品质更优的咖啡豆。（信网记者）

According to the administrative penalty decision document "Beijing Jiaruide Technology and Trade Co., Ltd. Capital Airport Second Branch [226] No. 1", Beijing Jiaruide Technology and Trade Co., Ltd. is the authorized operator of the "Manner" brand. Starting from April 2nd, the store received a notice from the brand to adjust the price to 25 yuan per cup, but the electronic display screen in the store was not adjusted and remained at the previous 20 yuan per cup. From April 3rd to April 9th, the store sold a total of 10 cups of "The Wizard of Oz" coffee, with a fee of 250 yuan. The electronic display menu was 20 yuan per cup, and the mini program was priced at 25 yuan per cup. Violation of pricing regulations resulted in a fee of 50 yuan per cup.

This behavior constitutes a violation of Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China. Operators shall not sell goods at an additional price beyond the marked price and shall not charge any fees that are not indicated. After learning of the suspected illegal activities, the store immediately carried out rectification.

The Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, in accordance with Article 42 of the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, has ordered Beijing Jiaruide Technology and Trade Co., Ltd. Capital Airport Second Branch to rectify the above-mentioned illegal behavior, impose a fine of 1000 yuan, and confiscate 250 yuan of illegal gains.

According to the information on the Qichacha platform, Beijing Jiaruide Technology and Trade Co., Ltd. Capital Airport Second Branch was established in October 2021 and is located on the 2nd floor A2W10 of the public area of Terminal 3 of Capital International Airport in Shunyi District, Beijing (within the Capital Airport). The head office is Beijing Jiaruide Technology and Trade Co., Ltd., which has a total of 21 branch offices.
