7月18日，2026年中国咖啡冲煮大赛城市赛（兴义赛区）赛事圆满落幕。本次赛事评审长胡蕊，拥有CQI国际咖啡品质鉴定师、中国咖啡联盟CCL认证评审、SCA精品咖啡协会全模块权威资质，常年执裁全国顶级咖啡赛事，同时深耕高校咖啡创新创业教学与线下精品咖啡运营。兴义赛事，给她留下深刻且温暖的印象。

“这是我首次来到兴义。美，是最直观的感受。更值得关注的，是山水场景与咖啡专业赛事的融合价值。”胡蕊说，兴义赛区以峰林稻田为天然赛场，将世界级喀斯特绝美山水风光与咖啡赛事、在地文旅体验深度融合，形式新颖、氛围感十足。

在她看来，这场赛事有效打破了精品咖啡的圈层壁垒。游客与市民置身山水之间，既能观赏专业的咖啡冲煮展演，近距离了解咖啡制作技艺，感受咖啡文化，也能逛特色市集、品创意特调、尝本土美食、观乡村民俗，在休闲游玩中接触、认识并爱上精品咖啡，是推动咖啡文化大众化传播的优质路径。

谈及参赛选手，胡蕊给予了高度评价。兴义本土选手朴实纯粹，沉心钻研咖啡豆特性，专注打磨每一杯作品的风味与品种，坚守着咖啡从业者的初心，这份对品质的坚守十分可贵，让全体评审团成员印象深刻。赛后，选手们主动围绕风味调校、临场调整等问题请教交流，评审团结合评分细则一对一复盘拆解、答疑解惑。赛场之上是公平竞技，赛场之下是互助成长，开放真诚的浓厚氛围，既是赛事温度的体现，也是本土咖啡人才成长的关键助力。

赛事期间，阴雨天气虽给户外赛场带来不小挑战，参赛选手依旧从容备赛、稳定发挥，工作人员积极应急、全力保障赛事规范推进。胡蕊期待，未来赛事可进一步完善硬件配套，作为纽带常态化落地专业培训与技术交流，持续夯实本土咖啡产业的人才基础，吸引更多游客与咖啡爱好者走进兴义，体验山水与咖啡交融的特色业态。

On July 18th, the 2026 China Coffee Brewing Competition City Competition (Xingyi Division) came to a successful conclusion. Hu Rui, the chief judge of this competition, possesses the CQI International Coffee Quality Appraiser, the CCL Certification and Evaluation of the China Coffee Alliance, and the full module authoritative qualifications of the SCA Fine Coffee Association. She has been officiating the top coffee competitions in the country for many years, while also deeply cultivating university coffee innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and offline fine coffee operation. The Xingyi competition left a deep and warm impression on her.

This is my first time in Xingyi. Beauty is the most intuitive feeling. What is more worth paying attention to is the integration value of landscape scenery and professional coffee competitions. "Hu Rui said that the Xingyi competition area takes Fenglin rice fields as a natural arena, deeply integrating world-class karst beautiful landscape scenery with coffee competitions and local cultural tourism experiences, with novel forms and full atmosphere.

In her opinion, this competition effectively broke down the barriers of specialty coffee circles. Tourists and citizens can immerse themselves in the mountains and waters, enjoy professional coffee brewing performances, learn about coffee making techniques up close, and experience coffee culture. They can also visit specialty markets, taste creative specialties, taste local cuisine, and observe rural customs. Through leisure activities, they can come into contact with, get to know, and fall in love with boutique coffee, which is a high-quality path to promote the popularization and dissemination of coffee culture.

When it comes to the contestants, Hu Rui gave high praise. The local contestants in Xingyi are simple and pure, dedicated to studying the characteristics of coffee beans, focusing on polishing the flavor and variety of each cup of work, and adhering to the original intention of coffee practitioners. This commitment to quality is very valuable and has left a deep impression on all members of the judging panel. After the competition, the contestants took the initiative to consult and exchange ideas on flavor tuning, on-site adjustments, and other issues. The judging panel conducted a one-on-one review and clarification based on the scoring criteria. On the field, there is fair competition, and below the field, there is a strong atmosphere of mutual growth, openness, and sincerity. This is not only a reflection of the warmth of the competition, but also a key support for the growth of local coffee talents.

During the competition, although the rainy weather brought considerable challenges to the outdoor arena, the participants still prepared calmly and performed steadily. The staff actively responded to emergencies and made every effort to ensure the standardized progress of the competition. Hu Rui looks forward to further improving the hardware support for future competitions, which will serve as a link for regular professional training and technical exchanges, continuously consolidating the talent foundation of the local coffee industry, attracting more tourists and coffee enthusiasts to enter Xingyi, and experiencing the unique business mode of blending mountains, waters, and coffee.

A competition is not only a high standard professional competition, but also an effective practice to empower the local coffee industry and activate the coffee atmosphere of a city. Hu Rui believes that with the support of landscape cultural resources, continuous professional competition accumulation, and the joint cultivation of coffee practitioners, Xingyi can brew a cup of good coffee that combines regional characteristics and industry standards for the public.
