Guan Ping, founder and product marketing director of Yunnan Menglian Zhuke Boutique Coffee Plantation, and his team brought a variety of boutique coffee beans from the plantation to the event site. They participated in the exhibition and immersive viewing, carefully welcoming participating baristas, citizens, and tourists to taste Yunnan border specialty coffee by hand. At the same time, from the perspective of industry practitioners who have been deeply involved in the production area for many years, they deeply felt the charm of Qiannan city under the karst peak forest and the new vitality of the coffee industry in the fields of Wanfeng.

As the owner of a well-known boutique coffee plantation in Yunnan, Guan Ping has been deeply involved in the boutique coffee industry chain for many years, relying on a mature online operation system to accurately capture market consumption trends. Compared to offline channels, online data is intuitive and clear, with efficient feedback, and can clearly capture the flow of coffee consumption across the country. In recent years, coffee orders from Guizhou have continued to steadily increase and customer sources have continued to grow. Clear market signals have made her determined to go to Xingyi Sports and visit this emerging coffee hotspot that is geographically close and culturally connected to Yunnan.

At this exhibition, Guan Ping not only brought the estate's signature premium coffee beans, but also the quality assurance of years of deep cultivation in the industry. Menglian Laizhu Ke Boutique Coffee Plantation is an officially certified boutique coffee plantation in Yunnan Province. It has won multiple provincial honors such as the all-around award in the 5th Yunnan Coffee Green Bean Competition, the runner up and third place in the washing group of the 8th Yunnan Coffee Green Bean Competition, etc. With stable and high-quality green bean quality, it has deeply cultivated the industry and gained a good reputation. Among them, Yun Yun Gui Xia Mi processed beans, which won the non washed category championship in the BOC National Coffee Selection in 2026, are the core benchmark product of this year. Guan Ping specially showcased this national champion bean at the Xingyi City Coffee Competition, promoting Yunnan's top premium coffee flavor to the southwestern Guizhou market, allowing local coffee enthusiasts and practitioners to taste the gold medal beans of origin up close.

Upon arriving in Xingyi, Guan Ping's first impression was the rare relaxation and healing. She said that people here are warm and gentle, with unique flavors of fireworks and cuisine, complete urban facilities, and comfortable travel and living. Everything feels just right. Looking around, the undulating forests of ten thousand peaks are arranged in a staggered manner, and the ten thousand acres of rice paddies are filled with fresh air. The summer breeze carries the fresh atmosphere of the mountains and countryside, and the streets and alleys hide authentic flavors such as lamb powder, brush heads, and street vendor hotpot. Whether strolling along rural trails, exploring ancient Buyi villages, or weaving through city streets and alleys, one cannot help but slow down and stop at ease.

From an industry perspective, Guan Ping is particularly optimistic about the empowering value that this competition will bring to the coffee industry in southwestern Guizhou. The landing of the China Coffee Brewing Competition in Xingyi not only brings together outstanding baristas from all over the country to compete, promote skills, and exchange ideas, but also builds a professional coffee market exchange platform, allowing local coffee practitioners and enthusiasts to directly connect with merchants in Yunnan's original production areas. Through immersive experiences such as professional cup testing, on-site hand brewing, and flavor sharing, it promotes the culture of premium coffee to the public, conducts industry exchange and training, and injects professional strength into the development of the local coffee industry.

In her opinion, professional coffee competitions are an important promotional window for breaking through the coffee industry in southwestern Guizhou. The cultivation of coffee culture requires sedimentation, and the development of the industry needs time to polish. The coffee market in Xingyi has just begun, but its potential is unlimited and the future is promising, "said Guan Ping. The coffee consumption atmosphere in Guizhou continues to heat up, while Xingyi boasts world-class karst landscape cultural and tourism resources, located at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou, and Guangxi provinces, with unique geographical advantages, forming a perfect industrial complementarity with Yunnan's coffee producing areas. This competition has built an important bridge for industrial linkage between the two regions, allowing premium coffee from the source to directly face the local market, and also enabling local practitioners to accurately connect with upstream production resources, laying the foundation for the two-way empowerment and coordinated development of the Yunnan Guizhou coffee industry.

A wisp of Yunnan coffee fragrance meets the fireworks of Wanfeng. In the eyes of Guan Ping, from niche tasting to mass experience, coffee breaks through scene barriers and becomes a carrier for young people to gather and communicate, citizens to relax and unwind, and cultural tourism interaction to check-in, adding a gentle and trendy atmosphere to the urban fireworks of Xingyi.
