三伏天，热浪席卷全城，难免会让人产生想逃进山林间避暑的心情。但你知道吗？就在上海市中心，藏着一处自带“天然降温结界”的竹林秘境，更妙的是，在这里你还能端杯咖啡，对着满眼绿意发呆。

闹市中心的“清凉结界”

辅德里公园位于静安区大沽路379号，延安中路与老成都北路交会处，紧邻中共二大会址纪念馆，是一座集自然山水、红色文化与休闲游憩于一体的开放式公园。

走进公园，仿佛瞬间按下了静音键，车水马龙的喧嚣被隔绝开。

这个季节，最具魔力的要数东北角那片葱郁竹林——竹影蔽日，清风穿林，行走其间，仿佛能听见竹叶的沙沙私语。

阳光被层层竹叶过滤成细碎的光斑，体感温度似乎都比外面低了两三度。

更让人惊喜的是竹林旁的辅德里公园党群服务站，买一杯“幸仁咖啡”，坐在窗边，眼前就是满眼翠绿的景色。

上海的市中心，也能有如此“绿野仙踪”的咖啡馆。红色文化与自然绿意在此交融，为这片承载厚重历史的土地增添了一抹清凉诗意。

辅德里公园24小时免费开放，可乘地铁至南京西路站后步行前往，或搭乘公交71路至成都北路站。不必远赴山林，在上海市中心，你也能拥有一个被竹风治愈的夏天。

Right in the center of Shanghai, there is a bamboo forest with its own "natural cooling barrier" hidden in it. Even better, here you can also hold a cup of coffee and stare at the lush greenery.

Fudeli Park is located at No. 379 Dagu Road, Jing'an District, at the intersection of Yan'an Middle Road and Old Chengdu North Road, adjacent to the Memorial Hall of the Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is an open park that integrates natural scenery, red culture, and leisure recreation.

Entering the park, it was as if the mute button had been pressed in an instant, isolating the hustle and bustle of traffic.

This season, the most magical thing is the lush bamboo forest in the northeast corner - the bamboo shadows cover the sun, the gentle breeze passes through the forest, walking among them, as if you can hear the rustling whispers of bamboo leaves.

The sunlight is filtered into fine spots by layers of bamboo leaves, and the perceived temperature seems to be two or three degrees lower than outside.

What's even more surprising is the party and mass service station in Fudeli Park next to the bamboo forest. Buy a cup of "Xingren Coffee" and sit by the window, with a view of lush greenery in front of you.

In the city center of Shanghai, there can also be coffee shops like 'The Wizard of Oz'. Red culture and natural greenery blend here, adding a touch of cool poetry to this land that carries a rich history.

Fudeli Park is open 24 hours a day for free. You can take the subway to Nanjing West Road Station and walk there, or take bus 71 to Chengdu North Road Station. You don't have to travel to the mountains and forests, you can also have a summer cured by bamboo wind in the center of Shanghai.
