合肥市庐阳区：高校学子“扎”进社区，运营公益咖啡店Luyang District, Hefei City: College students enter the community and operate public welfare coffee shops

7月22日，走进合肥市庐阳区大众巷北小区居民活动中心，浓郁的咖啡香扑面而来。“巷里社咖”操作台前，安徽大学社会与政治学院硕士研究生马婉婷正熟练调制饮品，动作利落又从容。

这个暑假，马婉婷没有选择出游或兼职，而是主动选择扎根社区，以无偿志愿服务参与“巷里社咖”运营。咖啡店所有营收全部用于社区公益项目，实现“消费即公益”。

“每天10:00至20:00营业，我和同学们轮流值守，从点单、制作到清洁、接待，店里的大小事都由我们负责。”马婉婷笑着说。

居民活动中心里为何会开出一家咖啡店？去年，三孝口街道西平门社区走访发现，辖区缺少青年休闲场景和公益服务空间，便利用社区闲置边角空间，与安徽大学社会与政治学院合作打造这一公益咖啡项目，并组建西平门社区巷里社咖志愿服务队。该服务队以安大学子为核心力量，全程参与方案设计、空间打造和日常运营。项目自6月1日正式开业以来，已持续运营近两个月，暑期全程不打烊。

店面虽小，诚意却满。店内推出美式咖啡、经典奶咖、轻乳茶、水果茶等20余款饮品，3元起的定价，亲民又实惠，品质却毫不打折，吸引了不少社区居民、周边学生、外卖骑手前来打卡。据悉，团队骨干成员已在专业机构指导下，接受了咖啡饮品制作、服务礼仪规范等培训。

暑假期间，该志愿服务队结合社咖特色，先后策划推出“小店长职业体验日”“咖啡渣环保手工课”等特色儿童活动，将劳动教育、环保理念融入社区服务。

同时，延伸便民服务，在居民活动中心内开设儿童暑托班。目前，已有20名辖区孩童加入，有效缓解家长暑期看护压力。“我们开设‘小小主持人’等特色课程，希望陪伴孩子们度过充实而有意义的暑假。”安徽大学社会与政治学院硕士研究生张凯烁说道。

居民张悦对此满怀感激，“我和爱人白天要上班，孩子没人照看，家门口的暑托班解了燃眉之急！离家近、课程丰富，老师们耐心负责，今天中午我来接孩子，他都不愿意走，我们特别放心。”

从咖啡调制到社区服务，这个暑期，大学生志愿者们以“巷里社咖”为实践阵地，用志愿服务温暖邻里。“能利用暑期做有意义的事，用自己的力量帮助他人，我觉得特别充实，也特别有成就感。”即将读研的大学生志愿者张梓阳说。

目前，该志愿服务队已集结100余名注册志愿者，还通过“志愿汇”APP、高校群等渠道持续招募，邀请更多青年学子走进基层、服务社区。

近年来，庐阳区持续拓展志愿服务版图，“志同道合，庐‘您’所愿”“庐小志”“扬帆计划”“背倍暖”等社会实践活动遍地开花，让青春力量在基层一线熠熠生辉。（何晓珺 文/图）

Why did a coffee shop open in the residential activity center? Last year, during a visit to Xipingmen Community in Sanxiaokou Street, it was found that there was a lack of youth leisure scenes and public welfare service spaces in the area. Utilizing the idle corner space of the community, we collaborated with the School of Sociology and Political Science at Anhui University to create this public welfare coffee project and formed a volunteer service team for social cafes in the alleys of Xipingmen Community. The service team is based on the core strength of Anhui University and is fully involved in program design, space creation, and daily operation. The project has been operating continuously for nearly two months since its official opening on June 1st, and is open all summer.

Although the store is small, it is full of sincerity. The store offers over 20 beverages, including American style coffee, classic milk coffee, light milk tea, fruit tea, etc., priced from 3 yuan, affordable and approachable, with no discounts on quality, attracting many community residents, surrounding students, and food delivery riders to come and check in. It is reported that the key members of the team have received training on coffee beverage production, service etiquette standards, and other related matters under the guidance of professional institutions.

During the summer vacation, the volunteer service team, combined with the characteristics of social cafes, successively planned and launched special children's activities such as "Small Store Manager Career Experience Day" and "Coffee Residue Environmental Protection Handicraft Course", integrating labor education and environmental protection concepts into community service.

At the same time, convenient services will be extended by offering children's summer care classes in residential activity centers. At present, 20 children from the jurisdiction have joined, effectively alleviating the pressure of summer care for parents.
