居民存一杯“待用咖啡”，让点滴善意在烟台街巷中传递Residents keep a cup of 'ready to use coffee', allowing small acts of kindness to spread in the streets and alleys of Yantai

7 月 21 日，外卖骑手王启龙走进烟台慈善文化馆的 “待用咖啡” 领取角，他取下厚乳拿铁的饮品标识牌交给工作人员，几分钟后，一杯香醇的免费咖啡便递到了他手中。

“我们天天在外面跑，赶上大热天，光是买水就得花不少钱。”坐在领取点旁的长椅上，王启龙插好吸管慢慢啜饮，原本因暑热微皱的眉头渐渐舒展，“我经常路过这里，今天还是第一次来领。”

“待用咖啡” 取 “等待取用” 之意，是芝罘区慈善总会面向烟台全市户外工作者推出的微公益计划。“外卖员、环卫工人等户外工作者常年奔波街头，对饮品的需求大，我们看在眼里，想实实在在为他们做点事。”芝罘区慈善总会相关负责人介绍。项目以慈善文化馆为载体，面向居民推出 “咖啡合伙人” 模式：过路居民可在此购买咖啡，若选择带走饮品，咖啡销售的利润将全部捐赠至慈善账户，用于困难群体的帮扶；若选择将咖啡 “寄存” 在领取角，便成为一杯 “待用咖啡”，供有需要的户外工作者免费领取。

低门槛、轻量化的公益参与模式，让寻常善意有了触手可及的出口。居民王帅来到慈善文化馆，为户外工作者“寄存”了一杯生椰拿铁。“我经常点外卖，常看到外卖员顶着烈日奔波送餐，特别不容易。” 她感慨道，“存一杯咖啡花不了多少钱，却能为奔波的人递上一份温暖，也算做了自己力所能及的事。”项目运行至今，该点累计募集待用咖啡92杯，已有51杯被户外工作者领取，点滴善意正在街巷中持续传递。

坐在领取咖啡的窗口前，王启龙略显局促：“其实平常我不怎么喝咖啡，一是嫌贵舍不得，二是跑单忙得没工夫闲坐，但在这里，跑完单后能歇口气，还能让我慢慢喝上一杯免费的咖啡。”

这杯咖啡的意义，远不止于消暑解渴。“户外劳动者常年奔波于街头巷尾，风里雨里都很辛苦。我们希望通过这杯现磨咖啡，在他们疲惫时递上一份触手可及的暖意，让他们真切感受到这座城市默默的关注与关爱。”王艳惠表示，“咖啡是当下广受欢迎的城市饮品，我们想以此为温情纽带，把这份日常的香气变成一种致敬的方式，吸引更多市民加入到关爱户外工作者的行列中来，让这份善意持续‘充电’。”

喝完咖啡，王启龙站起身向慈善文化馆里走去，他掏出手机，对着柜台的饮品单拍了张照：“味道比想象中好太多了，记下来，下次还选这个口味。”

暖心服务的背后，是规范严谨的品质把控。待用咖啡制作柜台前，工作人员刘艳正仔细给牛奶、咖啡豆等原材料贴上日期标签：“所有材料都严格标注使用时限，牛奶开封后48小时内必须更换，确保每一杯都喝得放心。”

据王艳惠介绍，咖啡采用现磨工艺，出品稳定、保证口感。参与服务的义工则经过专业咖啡师系统培训，在参与公益服务的同时掌握一技之长。“和专业咖啡店比，我们或许不是最惊艳的，但一定要用这杯实实在在的好咖啡，给户外工作者送上一份暖心的关怀。”工作人员介绍。

对奔波在路上的骑手们而言，待用咖啡的领取点更像一处可以卸下疲惫的 “中途驿站”。喝完咖啡的王启龙没急着离开，他和另外两位同来领咖啡的骑手坐在木椅上闲聊打趣，直到半小时后送餐高峰临近，他们才结伴骑车汇入车流。

“骑手流动性大，平时跑单都是各自奔波，很少有地方能坐下来歇口气、聊聊天。干这行难免受委屈，大多时候也不愿跟站点说。”美团骑手站长亓兴亮表示，“有这么一个落脚的地方，能喝杯东西、放松片刻，对他们来说格外实在。”

作为基层慈善与城市文明融合的探索，“待用咖啡” 的脚步远不止于文化馆内。“未来，我们想发展更多街区商户加入待用咖啡互动，让户外工作者们在送餐、休息的时候能喝上一杯咖啡。”谈及发展规划，王艳惠表示，“下一步，我们想让待用咖啡走出文化馆，向整座城市推广，让善意在整座城市流动起来。”

小小一杯咖啡，一头连着市民的善意，一头系着劳动者的奔波日常，从慈善文化馆的一方角落到街头巷尾的广阔空间，“待用咖啡” 正以润物无声的方式，为城市注入善意的温度。

'Awaiting coffee' means' waiting to be picked up ', which is a micro public welfare plan launched by the Zhifu District Charity Federation for outdoor workers in Yantai city. Outdoor workers such as delivery drivers and sanitation workers run around the streets all year round, with a high demand for drinks. We see this and want to do something practical for them, "said the person in charge of the Zhifu District Charity Federation. The project uses a charity cultural center as a carrier to launch a "coffee partner" model for residents: passersby can purchase coffee here, and if they choose to take their drinks with them, all profits from coffee sales will be donated to a charity account for assistance to disadvantaged groups; If you choose to "store" the coffee in the pickup corner, it becomes a "ready to use coffee" for outdoor workers in need to collect for free.

The low threshold and lightweight public welfare participation model provides an accessible outlet for ordinary goodwill. Resident Wang Shuai came to the charity cultural center and "stored" a cup of coconut latte for outdoor workers. I often order takeout, and I often see delivery drivers rushing around under the scorching sun to deliver food. It's not easy, "she sighed." Saving a cup of coffee doesn't cost much, but it can bring warmth to those who are rushing around. It's also doing what I can. "Since the project started, the site has raised a total of 92 cups of coffee for use, and 51 cups have been collected by outdoor workers. Little kindness is continuing to spread in the streets and alleys.

Sitting in front of the coffee collection window, Wang Qilong felt a bit uneasy: "Actually, I don't drink coffee much on a regular basis. One reason is that I find it expensive and reluctant to leave, and the other reason is that I'm too busy with running orders to sit idle. But here, after running orders, I can take a break and slowly enjoy a free cup of coffee

The significance of this cup of coffee goes far beyond cooling off and quenching thirst. Outdoor workers work tirelessly on the streets and alleys all year round, enduring hardships in the wind and rain. We hope that through this freshly ground coffee, we can provide them with a tangible warmth when they are tired, allowing them to truly feel the silent attention and care of this city, "said Wang Yanhui." Coffee is a popular urban beverage today, and we want to use it as a warm bond to turn this daily aroma into a way of paying tribute, attracting more citizens to join the ranks of caring for outdoor workers, and allowing this goodwill to continue to 'recharge'

In front of the coffee making counter, staff member Liu Yan is carefully labeling the raw materials such as milk and coffee beans with date tags: "All materials are strictly labeled with expiration dates, and the milk must be replaced within 48 hours after opening to ensure that every cup is safe to drink

According to Wang Yanhui, coffee is produced using a freshly ground process, ensuring stability and taste. The volunteers who participate in the service have undergone professional barista system training, and have mastered a specific skill while participating in public welfare services. Compared to professional coffee shops, we may not be the most stunning, but we must use this authentic cup of good coffee to bring warm care to outdoor workers, "said the staff.

For riders rushing on the road, the coffee collection point is more like a "midway station" where they can unload their fatigue. After finishing his coffee, Wang Qilong didn't rush to leave. He sat on a wooden chair with two other riders who came to collect coffee, chatting and joking. It wasn't until half an hour later, when the delivery peak was approaching, that they rode together and merged into the traffic.

Riders have high mobility, and they usually run their own errands, with few places to sit down and take a break or chat. It's hard not to feel wronged in this profession, and most of the time they don't want to talk to the station, "said Qi Xingliang, the owner of Meituan Riders." Having such a place to stay, where they can have a drink and relax for a moment, is particularly practical for them

As an exploration of the integration of grassroots charity and urban civilization, the footsteps of "idle coffee" extend far beyond cultural centers. In the future, we want to develop more neighborhood merchants to join the interactive use of idle coffee, so that outdoor workers can have a cup of coffee while delivering meals or resting, "said Wang Yanhui when talking about the development plan."
