稻浪翻涌咖啡香，海龙镇贡米村成消暑纳凉好去处Amidst the surging waves of rice and the fragrant aroma of coffee, Gongmi Village in Hailong Town has become a great place to cool off and unwind

盛夏时节，遵义市红花岗区海龙镇贡米村，一望无际的稻田迎来最佳观赏期。微风拂过，层层稻浪泛起绿波，空气中弥漫着淡淡稻香。稻田边，一座由老房子改造而成的咖啡馆迎来了一天中最热闹的时候。观景露台上坐满了前来休闲的游客，有人举着咖啡拍照打卡，有人望着稻田闲聊放空，还有不少家长带着孩子漫步田埂，享受夏日难得的清凉时光。

“当初我们选择在贡米稻田开咖啡馆，就是看中了这里的自然风光。”海龙稻田咖啡店长叶何鑫告诉记者，城市里的咖啡馆大多被钢筋水泥包围，到了夏天难免闷热，而稻田里吹来的自然风，就是这里最大的优势。为了让游客有更好的体验，咖啡馆还专门设置了面朝稻田的观景露台，游客可以避开烈日，又能吹着晚风、看着日落，沉浸式感受乡村夏日的惬意。

海龙稻田咖啡于2024年开始筹备，历时近五个月，于当年8月正式营业。负责人叶何鑫是重庆人，母亲是遵义本地人，从小在遵义长大的她，一直向往亲近自然的生活。大学毕业后，她选择回到遵义创业，希望把乡村原生态的农耕景观与年轻人喜爱的咖啡文化结合起来，让更多人走进乡村、爱上乡村。

为了保留乡村韵味，咖啡馆全部利用当地老房子改造而成，饮品也融入了本土特色。其中，招牌饮品“贡米拿铁”采用海龙贡米打成细腻米浆，与咖啡融合，夏季还推出了鲜果特调等多款清爽饮品，更符合夏日消暑需求。

叶何鑫介绍，进入夏季以来，咖啡馆迎来了全年客流高峰，平均每天到店游客达500至800人次，不少都是从遵义城区专程赶来避暑的年轻人、上班族和亲子家庭。

现场，不时有游客举起手机，将稻田、咖啡和蓝天定格在镜头里。来自遵义城区的杨女士就是通过网络平台慕名而来。“小时候我们就在稻田边长大，来到这里感觉特别熟悉。”杨女士笑着说，之前一直在短视频平台刷到这里，这次特意约着朋友来体验，“这里比城区凉快很多，喝着咖啡、看看稻田，整个人都放松下来了，而且拍照特别出片，空气也很好，更有大自然的感觉。”

除了年轻游客，这里也成为不少家庭周末出游的新选择。

“在市区喝咖啡，很多时候就是和朋友坐一坐，但来到这里，我更愿意带着家人一起。”游客王女士一边陪着孩子在田边玩耍，一边告诉记者，这次不仅带着孩子，还把家里的小狗一起带来了。“这里风景好、空气清新，孩子能够亲近大自然，一家人坐在一起喝饮料、吃点东西，感觉特别轻松。”

游客的认可，也让叶何鑫更加坚定了最初的创业想法。“我们想打破大家印象中乡村只有农活的固有印象，把农耕风景和休闲咖啡结合起来，尽量保留乡村原生样貌，不过度商业化，让大家真正感受到田园生活的魅力。”她说。

如今，海龙稻田咖啡馆不仅成为市民游客消暑纳凉的新去处，也让海龙贡米村增添了新的消费场景。从传统农业到“咖啡+田园”的融合发展，越来越多游客循着稻香而来，在绿意盎然的乡村中放慢脚步，感受夏日清凉，也为乡村旅游发展注入了新的活力。

In the hot summer season, Gongmi Village in Hailong Town, Honghuagang District, Zunyi City, the endless rice fields welcome the best viewing period. A gentle breeze swept by, and layers of rice waves rippled green, filling the air with a faint fragrance of rice. By the rice paddies, a caf é transformed from an old house welcomes the busiest time of the day. The observation terrace is filled with tourists who come to relax. Some hold coffee to take photos and check in, some chat and relax while looking at the rice fields, and many parents take their children to stroll along the ridges of the fields, enjoying the rare cool time of summer.

We chose to open a coffee shop in Gongmi rice paddies because we were attracted by the natural scenery here, "said Ye Hexin, the manager of Hailong rice paddies coffee shop, to reporters. Most coffee shops in the city are surrounded by reinforced concrete, and it is inevitable to be hot and humid in summer. The natural wind blowing from the rice paddies is the biggest advantage here. In order to provide tourists with a better experience, the caf é has also set up a viewing terrace facing the rice fields. Tourists can avoid the scorching sun, enjoy the evening breeze, and watch the sunset, immersing themselves in the comfort of rural summer.

Hailong Rice Field Coffee began preparations in 2024, took nearly five months, and officially opened in August of that year. The person in charge, Ye Hexin, is from Chongqing and her mother is a local of Zunyi. Growing up in Zunyi, she has always longed for a life close to nature. After graduating from university, she chose to return to Zunyi to start her own business, hoping to combine the original agricultural landscape of the countryside with the coffee culture that young people love, and let more people enter the countryside and fall in love with it.

In order to preserve the rural charm, the caf é has been transformed from old local houses, and the drinks have also incorporated local characteristics. Among them, the signature drink "Gongmi Latte" uses Hailong Gongmi to make delicate rice slurry, which is blended with coffee. In summer, a variety of refreshing drinks such as fresh fruit special are also launched, which better meets the needs of summer heat dissipation.

Ye Hexin introduced that since the beginning of summer, coffee shops have experienced a peak in foot traffic throughout the year, with an average of 500 to 800 visitors per day. Many of them are young people, office workers, and families who come from the urban area of Zunyi specifically to escape the heat.

On site, tourists occasionally hold up their phones, capturing the rice fields, coffee, and blue sky in the camera. Ms. Yang from the urban area of Zunyi came here through online platforms to admire her reputation. We grew up by the rice paddies when we were young, and coming here feels very familiar, "Ms. Yang said with a smile. She had been browsing through short video platforms before, and this time she specially invited friends to experience it." It's much cooler here than in the city. Drinking coffee and looking at the rice paddies, the whole person relaxed, and the photos were particularly well taken. The air is also very good, and there is a natural feeling

In addition to young tourists, this has also become a new choice for many families to travel on weekends.

When drinking coffee in the city, many times I just sit with friends, but when I come here, I prefer to bring my family with me, "Ms. Wang, a tourist, told reporters while playing with her child by the field. This time, she not only brought her child, but also brought her little dog with her. The scenery here is beautiful, the air is fresh, and children can get close to nature. Sitting together as a family to drink drinks and eat something feels particularly relaxed

The recognition of tourists also strengthened Ye Hexin's initial entrepreneurial idea. We want to break the inherent impression that rural areas only have agricultural activities, and combine agricultural scenery with leisure coffee, trying to preserve the original appearance of the countryside as much as possible, without excessive commercialization, so that everyone can truly feel the charm of rural life, "she said.

Nowadays, Hailong Rice Field Cafe has not only become a new destination for citizens and tourists to cool off, but also added a new consumption scene to Hailong Gongmi Village. From traditional agriculture to the integrated development of "coffee+countryside", more and more tourists are following the fragrance of rice, slowing down in the lush countryside, feeling the coolness of summer, and injecting new vitality into the development of rural tourism.
