50 spots in Nujiang to study coffee in Shanghai
Friends who make coffee in Nujiang, come and see! The government fully subsidized free training is here! Nujiang boasts high-quality small grain coffee and also needs professional talents who can make coffee and repair machines. With the support of the Shanghai Yunnan East West Cooperation and Assistance Policy, the special training for compound talents of Nujiang Coffee in 2026 has officially enrolled! Only 50 people from the whole state will be selected to participate in a 15 day fully enclosed training camp in Shanghai, with free tuition fees throughout the entire process. After passing the exam, they will obtain a nationally recognized barista certificate and directly connect with the two-way employment and entrepreneurship channels in Shanghai and Nujiang! Registration Requirement 1: Who can register? These groups will be given priority admission ✅ Students majoring in related majors at Nujiang Vocational College ✅ On duty practitioners in local cafes and coffee processing plants ✅ 50 spots for laborers who want to work in the coffee industry (priority given to poverty-stricken laborers and returning migrant workers) will be filled in two phases of small class teaching! Mandatory registration requirements: Age range of 18-55 years old, in good health, able to operate practical equipment normally, able to study outside and comply with Shanghai's unified closed management of food and lodging, abide by training rules and regulations, and have no record of illegal or disciplinary violations. After graduation, willing to engage in coffee making and equipment maintenance related work, complete all 15 days of courses completely, without dropping out midway or taking long-term leave. Offline: Go to the employment service window of the human resources and social security bureau in each county or city to submit materials on-site. Phase 1: Basic Construction and Sensory Awakening (Days 1-3) * Objective: Establish awareness of coffee culture, familiarize oneself with equipment appearance, and master sensory foundations. Coffee professional ethics, store hygiene standards, Italian espresso, milk froth frothing, latte art, premium hand brewing, store operation and service etiquette, accompanied by specialized coaching for the certification of junior baristas. Those who pass the assessment can obtain certification for employment.
Phase 2: Frontline Production Skills Challenge (Days 4-8) * Objective: Master Italian and hand punching skills, meet the standards of a junior barista, and incorporate basic maintenance. Covering the dismantling, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of a complete set of equipment such as bean grinders, semi-automatic/fully automatic coffee machines, ice makers, water purifiers, roasters, dryers, color selectors, etc; Basic maintenance of waterways, circuits, and gas pipelines, accompanied by specialized teaching on water quality testing and regulation for the Nujiang River, to reduce equipment losses from the source.
Phase Three: Hardcore Breakthrough in Backend Maintenance (Days 9-12) * Objective: To overcome the internal structure of the equipment, master disassembly, cleaning, and fault diagnosis, which is the "trump card" link of this project. Enter Shanghai chain coffee factories and offline stores to learn standardized production and daily equipment operation and maintenance processes; Qualified trainees can be included in the local after-sales service system of the brand manufacturer and directly undertake maintenance business upon returning home.
Stage 4: Comprehensive Training and Assessment (Days 13-15) * Objective: To simulate in full reality and verify the composite ability of "coffee+maintenance". At the end of the training period, a professional skills exhibition will be held, which will be evaluated on-site by Shanghai industry experts, chain brand leaders, and equipment manufacturer representatives to comprehensively test the trainees' equipment maintenance and coffee making practical abilities. Excellent trainees will be included in the Shanghai Yunnan talent reserve pool.

✅ Training accident insurance ✅ Students from Lushui, Fugong, and Gongshan gather in Lushui and arrange for vehicles to transport them to the airport; Lanping students are concentrated in the county town for airport drop off. The transportation expenses for personal self-care projects between Nujiang and Shanghai will be borne by the students themselves.
Special support for the cooperation project between the East and the West, fully taught by professional training institutions, with zero tuition fees, including accommodation, meals, and land transportation. Graduates can master dual skills and increase their income in both employment and entrepreneurship.
