在民营企业的生产一线，智能化新设备正取代传统产线，定制化适销新品快速响应全球需求。在泰州兴化东奥食品有限公司的生产车间，超微粉碎机组轰鸣作响，金咖色的豆蔻咖啡粉在密闭管道中匀速流转。作为泰州兴化脱水加工产业集群的龙头企业，面对中东市场对“香料+咖啡”融合饮品的强劲需求，该企业通过精准控制粒度分布与水分活度，将原本用于果蔬加工的设备“跨界”赋能咖啡赛道，打造出高附加值的豆蔻咖啡粉。泰州海关指导企业完善质量管理体系，确保产品符合沙特阿拉伯进口食品安全标准，对出口食品实施“即报即检、合格即放”，及时出具《植物检疫证书》和《健康证书》，大幅压缩通关时长。今年上半年，泰州海关共监管出口咖啡粉货值206.75万元，同比增长169.2%。
小牛电动常州生产基地近期发布全球首款AI智能两轮电动车车机系统，该系统可实现语音助手、毫米波雷达、L2智驾等功能。“我们的产品因为智能、环保特性，正成为更多海外用户的出行选择。”小牛电动负责人李彦介绍，“荷兰是欧洲绿色出行的先锋市场，电动两轮车渗透率正以年均25%的速度快速增长。”
随着远洋运输需求持续攀升， 张家港世珍集装箱部件有限公司将目光投向装载出海的“最后一公里”，专业从事设计、生产、销售ISO标准集装箱。该公司市场部经理曹佳丽介绍，“我们在开卷、冷作、焊接、油漆等工艺上不断更新，升级配备专业、高端机器人和先进设备，确保材质和尺寸型号始终符合国际标准，获得众多海外船舶公司认可，目前在手订单已经排到了10月份。”张家港海关数据显示，今年上半年，张家港市累计出口集装箱4.2万个，同比增长80.1%。

As a leading enterprise in the dehydration and processing industry cluster of Xinghua, Taizhou, facing the strong demand for "spice+coffee" integrated drinks in the Middle East market, the enterprise has empowered the coffee track by accurately controlling the particle size distribution and water activity, and has created high value-added cardamom coffee powder by "crossing over" the equipment originally used for fruit and vegetable processing. Taizhou Customs guides enterprises to improve their quality management system, ensuring that their products comply with Saudi Arabia's imported food safety standards. They implement a "report and inspect immediately, release qualified food immediately" policy for exported food, issue timely "phytosanitary certificates" and "health certificates", and significantly reduce customs clearance time. In the first half of this year, Taizhou Customs supervised the export of coffee powder worth 2.0675 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 169.2%.

According to Cao Jiali, the marketing manager of the company, "We are constantly updating our processes such as uncoiling, cold working, welding, and painting, upgrading and equipping ourselves with professional and high-end robots and advanced equipment to ensure that our materials and size models always meet international standards, and have been recognized by many overseas shipping companies. Currently, orders in hand have been scheduled until October." Zhangjiagang Customs data shows that in the first half of this year, Zhangjiagang City exported a total of 42000 containers, a year-on-year increase of 80.1%.
