据乌干达农业、畜牧业和渔业部最新数据，2025年6月至2026年5月的12个月里，乌干达咖啡出口总量为860万袋，同比增长16%。近年来，乌干达政府大力推动合作社模式，不断拓宽国际市场，同时将咖啡种植园打造为沉浸式体验目的地，游客可以参与咖啡采摘、处理、烘焙、杯测的全过程。

According to the latest data from the Ugandan Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Uganda's total coffee exports from June 2025 to May 2026 were 8.6 million bags, a year-on-year increase of 16%. In recent years, the Ugandan government has vigorously promoted the cooperative model, continuously expanding the international market, and turning coffee plantations into immersive experiential destinations where tourists can participate in the entire process of coffee picking, processing, roasting, and cupping.
