昆明滇池国际咖啡文化嘉年华启幕 拟建“世界咖啡风尚之城”Kunming Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival opens and plans to build a "World Coffee Fashion City"

中新网昆明8月2日电 (黄兴鸿 黄欣媛)8月1日，旨在以咖啡为媒，推动文旅深度融合，助力云南咖啡和昆明“春城醇香”香飘四海、享誉世界的2026年滇池国际咖啡文化嘉年华在昆明滇池东岸启幕。滇池东、西两岸两个主会场及八个分会场的咖啡百家争鸣，吸引当地民众和游客蜂拥而至沉浸式体验咖啡文化。

地处中国西南边陲的云南省是中国最大的咖啡产区，省府昆明自2024年以来，每年举办的滇池国际咖啡文化嘉年华，已逐步成为城市新IP及面向南亚、东南亚的标志性城市咖啡盛会。

本届嘉年华和往届相比，内容升级，规模扩大。吸引全国52城200余辆特色咖啡车参与，落地300余场主题活动、200余场音乐演艺。滇池东岸、西岸两大主会场与昆明西坝河湿地·丹霞营地、彰美村码头、云南民族村、大观公园·庾园、巡津街、碧鸡绿动高峣、南屏街、翠湖咖啡文化中心八大特色分会场全城联动，融合精品咖啡产业、跨国文化交流、生态可持续发展、多元潮流演艺、环湖户外休闲五大核心板块。此外，落地滇萃咖啡综合体、好在岛等长效咖啡文旅载体，实现咖啡文化常态化运营等，持续赋能昆明“世界咖啡风尚之城”建设。

在滇池东岸，咖啡、小吃、文创产品琳琅满目，吸引不少人围观、品尝、采购。

“我和丈夫主营中医馆，因喜欢咖啡，闲暇之余来摆一下咖啡车，能结交不少朋友，共同交流咖啡体验。”来自昆明的李尧介绍，云南有许多精品豆，通过加入各种水果、香料等跨界融合，具有极高的可玩性。她加入紫苏、木姜子等原料的咖啡，备受年轻人追捧，以后还会不断创新，和丈夫李毓健携手驾驶咖啡车畅游全国各地，并宣传推广家乡咖啡。

被云南咖啡吸引的还有甘肃人桑浩勋。他介绍，几年前，其投身咖啡赛道，将房车改装成咖啡车后游览全国各地，“这些年我走了全国240多个城市，还多次到云南担任咖啡大赛的评委。”桑浩勋称，云南不仅有高品质的咖啡，还拥有冬暖夏凉的气候，以后考虑在云南旅居、旅创。

泰国人杰普的“果汁自行车”吸引不少人围观，喜欢骑行运动，爱喝果汁的他，将自行车后座改装成果汁机，利用自行车轮子转动榨的果汁在泰国成为热宠。“首次来云南，发现风景好、人热情，以后有机会还会来。”他如是说。

本届嘉年华由昆明市文旅集团有限责任公司主办，持续至8月9日。(完)

Kunming, August 2 (Xinhua) -- On August 1, the 2026 Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival, which aims to promote the deep integration of culture and tourism through coffee as a medium, and to help Yunnan coffee and Kunming's "Spring City Fragrance" spread throughout the world, opened on the east bank of Dianchi Lake in Kunming. The two main venues on the east and west sides of Dianchi Lake, as well as eight sub venues, are bustling with coffee enthusiasts, attracting local residents and tourists to immerse themselves in coffee culture.

Yunnan Province, located on the southwestern border of China, is the largest coffee producing area in China. Since 2024, the annual Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival held in Kunming, the provincial capital, has gradually become a new urban IP and a landmark urban coffee event for South Asia and Southeast Asia.

Compared with previous editions, this carnival has upgraded its content and expanded its scale. Attracting more than 200 specialty coffee trucks from 52 cities across the country, and hosting over 300 themed events and 200 music performances. The two main venues on the east and west banks of Dianchi Lake, along with eight characteristic sub venues including Kunming Xiba River Wetland Danxia Camp, Zhangmei Village Pier, Yunnan Ethnic Village, Daguan Park Yuyuan, Xunjin Street, Biji Green Dynamic Gaoqiao, Nanping Street, and Cuihu Coffee Culture Center, are interconnected throughout the city, integrating five core areas: boutique coffee industry, cross-border cultural exchange, ecological sustainable development, diverse trend performances, and outdoor leisure around the lake. In addition, the establishment of long-term coffee cultural and tourism carriers such as Diancui Coffee Complex and Haohao Island, and the normalization of coffee culture operation, will continue to empower Kunming's construction as the "World Coffee Fashion City".

On the east bank of Dianchi Lake, there is a dazzling array of coffee, snacks, and cultural and creative products, attracting many people to watch, taste, and purchase.

My husband and I run a traditional Chinese medicine clinic, and because we love coffee, we set up a coffee cart in our spare time to make many friends and exchange coffee experiences together. "Li Yao from Kunming introduced that Yunnan has many high-quality beans, which are highly playable by adding various fruits, spices, and other cross-border blends. She has added ingredients such as perilla and wood ginger to her coffee, which is highly sought after by young people. In the future, she will continue to innovate and drive a coffee truck with her husband Li Yujian to travel around the country, promoting and advertising her hometown coffee.

Another attraction to Yunnan coffee is Sang Haoxun, a resident of Gansu. He introduced that a few years ago, he devoted himself to the coffee track and converted his RV into a coffee truck to travel around the country. "In these years, I have traveled to more than 240 cities across the country and have also served as a judge for coffee competitions in Yunnan many times." Sang Haoxun said that Yunnan not only has high-quality coffee, but also has a warm winter and cool summer climate. In the future, he considers living and creating in Yunnan.

Thai man Jaap's "juice bike" attracted a lot of attention. As someone who enjoys cycling and drinking juice, he converted the back seat of the bike into a juicer and used the bike wheels to squeeze juice, which became a hot pet in Thailand. When I first came to Yunnan, I found the scenery to be beautiful and the people to be enthusiastic. I will come back in the future if I have the opportunity, "he said.
