武安烘焙咖啡，香飘北上广Wu'an roasted coffee, fragrance wafts to Beijing and Guangzhou

近日，一场国内咖啡烘焙行业的顶尖赛事——2026第七届“智烘杯”全国分站赛（邯郸站）在武安工业园区OONE咖啡工厂火热开赛。24名来自全国各地的选手守在烘焙机前，紧盯屏幕上的实时曲线，根据咖啡豆特质调整参数。

“这是我第三次来武安参赛。这里赛场的专业度、工厂的硬件水平不比一线城市差。”来自安徽的参赛选手马如平说，他曾拿下过国际咖啡烘焙赛事的冠军，对这里的咖啡配套产业印象深刻。

一场全国性专业赛事，为何落地工业城市武安？答案藏在OONE咖啡工厂里。

该公司负责人郝梦洁是土生土长的武安人。2016年，她在北京经营一家精品手冲咖啡店，凭借稳定品质积累口碑，订单越来越多。

“批量生产需要食品生产许可证，找工厂代加工又达不到我们的品质标准。”郝梦洁说，抱着尝试做精品烘焙的念头，2018年，郝梦洁回到家乡武安，开办咖啡烘焙厂，走上从单店精品零售到自建烘焙工厂的转型之路。

最初，工厂只有1200平方米，一台小型烘焙机年产能仅200吨。本地找不到成熟的烘焙师，郝梦洁就自己搭建培训体系，一点点培养人才。

随着精品咖啡市场日益火爆，工厂订单量持续增长，原有产能很快跟不上需求。2023年，郝梦洁投入2000多万元，将工厂搬迁至总面积1.2万平方米的新厂区，引入多台进口专业烘焙设备，咖啡年烘焙产能提升至5000吨，OONE咖啡工厂一跃成为华北地区规模最大的精品咖啡综合工厂。

除了烘焙产能扩容，工厂还建起1800平方米的咖啡生豆恒温仓库。借助武安保税物流园区的口岸优势，OONE咖啡工厂进口巴西、埃塞俄比亚、巴拿马等全球十余个产区的生咖啡豆，为全国20多家生豆商提供注册、清关、分装、发货、代售等一站式服务。

“以前北方的咖啡商家补货，都要从上海、昆山的仓库调货，物流成本高、周期长。”郝梦洁说，OONE咖啡工厂补上了北方生豆分拨的市场空白，配送效率比以往提升很多。

发展之路并非一帆风顺。2024年起，咖啡生豆期货价格大幅上涨，国内终端市场价格却持续走低，行业内卷加剧，传统烘焙代工的利润空间不断被压缩。

压力之下，郝梦洁把目光投向深加工赛道。“国内精品咖啡萃取液市场缺口大，目前大部分产品依赖进口。”她说。随后，她带着研发团队持续攻关，与科研院所开展技术合作，自主研发了均萃与锁香工艺。2025年底，咖啡萃取液生产线正式投产。

OONE的咖啡萃取液配料只有咖啡豆和水，保留了精品咖啡的花果香、甜感等层次风味，可直接冲调，也能作为茶饮、烘焙的风味基底。上市半年多来，已经接到十余个连锁品牌的订单。

如今，OONE咖啡工厂发展为集种植、加工、贸易、仓储、培训于一体的全产业链咖啡企业，产品销往北京、上海、广州、成都等城市，日均线上发货数千单。凭借专业能力，工厂连续3年承办世界咖啡烘焙大赛中国区选拔赛等大型赛事，成为北方咖啡行业的核心交流阵地。

“未来，我们想在武安打造专业化咖啡产业园，以大型萃液厂为核心载体，完善上下游配套，吸引更多生豆商、研发团队、咖啡品牌入驻，在武安构建完整的北方咖啡产业生态圈。”郝梦洁表示。（河北日报见习记者 冯依凡）

Recently, a top competition in the domestic coffee roasting industry, the 7th "Smart Baking Cup" National Station (Handan Station) in 2026, kicked off at OONE Coffee Factory in Wu'an Industrial Park. 24 contestants from all over the country stand in front of the roasting machine, closely monitoring the real-time curve on the screen and adjusting parameters based on the characteristics of the coffee beans.

This is my third time participating in the competition in Wu'an. The professionalism of the competition and the hardware level of the factories here are not inferior to those in first tier cities, "said Ma Ruping, a participant from Anhui who has won the championship of international coffee roasting competitions and is deeply impressed by the coffee supporting industry here.

Why did a national professional competition land in the industrial city of Wu'an? The answer is hidden in the OONE coffee factory.

The head of the company, Hao Mengjie, is a native of Wu'an. In 2016, she ran a boutique handmade coffee shop in Beijing, accumulating a reputation for stable quality and increasing orders.

Mass production requires a food production license, and finding factories to process on behalf of us cannot meet our quality standards, "said Hao Mengjie. With the idea of trying to make boutique baking, in 2018, Hao Mengjie returned to her hometown Wu'an and opened a coffee baking factory, embarking on the transformation from single store boutique retail to building her own baking factory.

At first, the factory was only 1200 square meters, and a small baking machine had an annual production capacity of only 200 tons. Unable to find mature bakers locally, Hao Mengjie built her own training system to gradually cultivate talents.

As the premium coffee market becomes increasingly popular and factory orders continue to grow, the existing production capacity is quickly unable to keep up with demand. In 2023, Hao Mengjie invested over 20 million yuan to relocate the factory to a new area of 12000 square meters, introducing multiple imported professional roasting equipment. The annual roasting capacity of coffee was increased to 5000 tons, and OONE Coffee Factory became the largest boutique coffee comprehensive factory in North China.

In addition to expanding baking capacity, the factory has also built a 1800 square meter constant temperature warehouse for coffee beans. Taking advantage of the port advantages of Wu'an Bonded Logistics Park, OONE Coffee Factory imports green coffee beans from more than ten global production areas such as Brazil, Ethiopia, Panama, etc., providing one-stop services such as registration, customs clearance, packaging, shipping, and sales for more than 20 green bean merchants across the country.

Previously, coffee merchants in the north had to replenish their products from warehouses in Shanghai and Kunshan, which resulted in high logistics costs and long lead times, "said Hao Mengjie. OONE coffee factory has filled the market gap in the distribution of raw beans in the north, and the delivery efficiency has improved significantly compared to the past.

The road to development is not smooth sailing. Starting from 2024, the futures price of green coffee beans has significantly increased, while the domestic terminal market price continues to decline, intensifying industry competition and continuously compressing the profit margin of traditional baking and contract manufacturing.

Under pressure, Hao Mengjie turned her attention to the deep processing track. The domestic premium coffee extract market has a large gap, and currently most products rely on imports, "she said. Subsequently, she led her R&D team to continuously tackle challenges, collaborated with research institutes on technology, and independently developed the processes of blending and locking fragrances. By the end of 2025, the coffee extract production line will be officially put into operation.

OONE's coffee extract consists only of coffee beans and water, retaining the layered flavors of premium coffee such as floral and fruity aroma, sweetness, etc. It can be directly blended or used as a flavor base for tea drinks and baking. Over the past six months since its listing, it has received orders from more than ten chain brands.

Nowadays, OONE Coffee Factory has developed into a full industry chain coffee enterprise integrating planting, processing, trading, warehousing, and training. Its products are sold to cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, and thousands of orders are shipped daily on average. With professional capabilities, the factory has hosted large-scale events such as the World Coffee Baking Competition China Selection Competition for three consecutive years, becoming the core communication platform for the northern coffee industry.

In the future, we want to build a specialized coffee industry park in Wu'an, with a large-scale extraction plant as the core carrier, improving upstream and downstream supporting facilities, attracting more green bean merchants, R&D teams, and coffee brands to settle in, and building a complete northern coffee industry ecosystem in Wu'an, "said Hao Mengjie.
