一辆咖啡车的河畔之约A riverside appointment with a coffee truck

8月1日傍晚，石家庄市藁城区台西湖公园的滹沱河生态绿廊，一辆绿色老式桑塔纳停下来。车主王百万与妻子小艾利落打开后备箱，简易设备迅速就位，几分钟后咖啡机嗡嗡作响，醇厚的咖啡香气氤氲。

悠悠河风、袅袅醇香，吸引着沿途散步、露营、观景的市民游客纷纷驻足。“两杯美式，多加冰”“还是来杯香草拿铁”……喝着咖啡，人们靠在咖啡车边拍个照，画面中，云霞似锦，滹沱河碧波荡漾。

送走一拨游客，王百万抽空坐在折叠椅上，面朝河面，深吸一口清新的空气，“还是熟悉的味道，每次回来都觉得格外心安。”

他跟这条河的缘分不浅。十多年前，作为婚纱摄影师的他，经常带客人来拍河景写真。那时的滹沱河，全然不见如今的秀美风光。河岸植被稀疏，只有很多大石头，一到冬天，河道干涸。为了出片，他只能带客人踩着石头拍，露出一点点水面，“镜头得精准控制，手抖一点儿就穿帮。”想起当初，王百万感触良多。

岁月更迭、生态焕新。近年来，一系列生态修复工程与综合治理持续推进。如今的滹沱河，波光潋滟，岸边绿地郁郁葱葱。“背景美，怎么拍都好看。”王百万笑呵呵地说。

2024年1月，王百万决定转行做咖啡，他把一辆绿色的桑塔纳改装成咖啡车，和做花艺的妻子小艾一起，想搞成有艺术范儿的“河畔流动咖啡屋”。

刚开始，一周卖不出三四杯。他们就每天开着车，沿着滹沱河边走走停停，顺手拍点照片记录，倒也自由浪漫。

转机出现在当年5月。小两口把车开到台西湖附近，顺手拍了段视频，水草肥美，点点野花摇曳，女主在夕阳下悠然而行。没想到视频一发出去，评论区爆了——“这哪是随手拍啊，这是大片”“地址在哪儿，我也要去！”“石家庄的阿勒泰”。在短短时间里，带来了数百万的流量。

“滹沱河边的绿色咖啡车”成了话题，很多人慕名而来。“都是冲着美景来的。赏景品咖啡，‘美事一桩’。”王百万翻着聊天记录说，有从河南开封自驾四百多公里赶来的情侣，也有北京、山西的朋友，甚至不少在华留学生专程前来打卡。“赶上周末或假期，生意火得不行，最多一天做了200多杯。”他说得一脸骄傲。

热度渐长、初心不改。入冬后，夫妻俩有了开店的念头。去年10月，“百万咖啡”在电厂街老厂房院落开业。店里生意火爆，可王百万总怀念河边摆车的日子。今年春天，他时不时把车开到河边。“每次在群里喊一嗓子，老友们就来了，不是为了生意，就是想在老地方叙叙旧。”王百万笑着说。

“老规矩，二十杯冰美式，兄弟们在那边露营地等着呢！”老顾客张军华是藁城本地人，三言两语就道出对滹沱河变迁的感触。“小时候这里水质不好都是泥沙。你看现在，放风筝的、搭帐篷的、草地上唱歌的别样自在。”

一阵清脆车铃由远及近，骑行爱好者田一泽单脚点地刹住车，额头沁着汗：“老板，三杯气泡水，加冰！”他靠在车边看着河面。“我们每周都来骑行，一侧是碧波流淌，一侧是绿意绵延，一路风光赏心悦目。累了再整上口‘透心凉’，痛快！”

夕阳西沉，给河水镀上了一层暖金色釉，岸上帐篷陆续收起，王百万也麻利收好装备。绿色的咖啡车沿河岸缓缓驶离，滹沱河的水声潺潺作响。

On the evening of August 1st, a green old-fashioned Santana stopped at the Hutuo River Ecological Green Corridor in Taihu Lake Park, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City. Car owner Wang Wanwan and his wife Xiao Aililuo opened the trunk and quickly put the simple equipment in place. A few minutes later, the coffee machine buzzed and the rich aroma of coffee was lingering.

The gentle river breeze and fragrant aroma attract citizens and tourists who stroll, camp, and enjoy the scenery along the way. Two American style drinks with plenty of ice, or a vanilla latte... Drinking coffee, people lean against the coffee truck and take a photo. In the picture, the clouds are like a brocade, and the Hutuo River is rippling with blue waves.

After seeing off a group of tourists, Wang Wanwan found time to sit on a folding chair, facing the river, taking a deep breath of fresh air. "It's still a familiar scent, and every time I come back, I feel particularly at ease," he said

His fate with this river is not shallow. More than a decade ago, as a wedding photographer, he often brought clients to take river scenery photos. At that time, the Hutuo River was completely devoid of its current beautiful scenery. The vegetation on the riverbank is sparse, with only many large stones. In winter, the river dries up. In order to produce the film, he could only lead the guests to step on a stone and shoot, revealing a little bit of water. "The camera needs to be precisely controlled, and if you shake your hand a little, you'll wear a mask." Thinking back to that time, Wang Wanwan felt a lot.

Time changes, ecology rejuvenates. In recent years, a series of ecological restoration projects and comprehensive management have been continuously promoted. Nowadays, the Hutuo River is shimmering with waves and lush green spaces along the banks. The background is beautiful, it looks good no matter how you shoot it, "Wang Wanwan said with a smile.

In January 2024, Wang Wanwan decided to switch careers and make coffee. He converted a green Santana into a coffee truck and, together with his floral wife Xiao Ai, wanted to create an artistic "riverside mobile coffee shop".

At the beginning, we couldn't sell three or four cups in a week. They drive their cars every day, walking and stopping along the Hutuo River, taking some photos to record, which is also free and romantic.

The transfer occurred in May of that year. The young couple drove their car to the vicinity of Taihu Lake and casually took a video. The water and grass were lush and beautiful, with scattered wildflowers swaying. The female protagonist walked leisurely under the sunset. I didn't expect the comment section to explode as soon as the video was posted - "This is not just a casual shot, this is a blockbuster" "Where is the address, I want to go too!" "Altay in Shijiazhuang". In a short period of time, it brought millions of traffic.

The green coffee truck by the Hutuo River has become a topic of conversation, attracting many people. They all came here for the beautiful scenery. Appreciating the scenery and enjoying coffee is a beautiful thing, "Wang Wanwan said, flipping through chat records. There were couples who drove more than 400 kilometers from Kaifeng, Henan, as well as friends from Beijing and Shanxi, and even many international students in China who came specifically to check in. On weekends or holidays, the business was booming, and at most I made over 200 cups a day, "he said proudly.

The heat is growing, but the original intention remains unchanged. After entering winter, the couple had the idea of opening a shop. Last October, "Million Coffee" opened in the courtyard of the old factory building on Dianchang Street. The business in the store is booming, but Wang Wanwan always misses the days of hanging cars by the river. This spring, he occasionally drove his car to the river. Every time I shout in the group, my old friends come, either for business or to catch up in the old place, "Wang Wanwan said with a smile.

He leaned against the bike and looked at the river. We come cycling every week, with blue waves flowing on one side and lush greenery stretching on the other. The scenery along the way is pleasing to the eye. When we get tired, we can recite 'heart piercing coolness' and have fun

The sunset set in the west, casting a warm golden glaze on the river water. The tents on the shore were gradually put away, and Wang Wanwan quickly packed up his equipment. The green coffee truck slowly drove away along the riverbank, and the sound of the Hutuo River gurgled.
