在修文县香巴湖村的溶洞里，记者看到了一笔让人欣喜的“生态账”。

曾经，修文县402个溶洞大多是无人问津的“野洞”。如今，“山由XIU”咖啡店试运营一年接待6万人次，全网浏览超8000万次。巨大反差的背后，是一套“两山”转化的清晰逻辑。

首先是“明责”。过去权属模糊，谁都不愿管、管不了；现在通过明确溶洞资源属地管理登记，400个无主山体由当地村集体或乡镇共同守护，各个洞穴有了“管家”。

其次是“闭环”。袁洪龙团队坚持“最小扰动”，不硬化路面，不破坏洞体，用商业营收反哺生态管护，建立天坑巡查制度。

最后是“变现”。依托“村收集、镇转运、县处理”，5吨溶洞垃圾运往发电厂无害化处置，不仅换回了洁净，更换回了可持续发展的底气。

这笔账算得精明，更算得长远。22岁的苏凤飞从护理专业毕业，选择回村当咖啡师，便是这笔账最好的注脚——家乡的产业有了前景，年轻人的心才能留得下来。

从无人问津的“野洞”，到需要提前预订的网红打卡地，修文的实践告诉我们：生态账不是一笔糊涂账。清走5吨垃圾，换来的是可持续发展的底气。当商业营收反哺生态管护，当沉睡岩腔变成村集体账本上的“股份”，这杯“长”在溶洞里的咖啡，才真正有了回甘。

This account is shrewd and more long-term. At the age of 22, Su Fengfei graduated from nursing and chose to return to the village as a barista, which is the best footnote to this account - the industry in her hometown has prospects, and only then can the hearts of young people be preserved.

From the deserted 'wild cave' to the internet celebrity check-in spot that requires advance booking, Xiuwen's practice tells us that ecological accounts are not a messy account. Clearing 5 tons of garbage brings confidence in sustainable development. When commercial revenue feeds back into ecological management, when the dormant rock cavity becomes a "share" on the village collective ledger, this cup of coffee that "grows" in the cave will truly have a sweet return.
