8月5日，2026滇池国际咖啡文化嘉年华重头戏——“滇咖跑”在丹霞营地活力开跑。这场别开生面的9公里趣味奔跑，不拼速度，只拼快乐，把滇池绿道变成一座热闹的“移动咖啡派对”。来自国内外的跑友、市民和游客齐聚一堂，在湖光山色间，一边奔跑一边品味云南咖啡的醇香，沉浸式感受春城22℃的夏日浪漫。

百人变装惊艳亮相

与传统竞速跑步不同，“滇咖跑”主打轻松欢乐。赛道沿滇池黄金岸线铺开，一路碧波相伴、鲜花作陪，庾园、大观楼等风景从身边掠过。活动现场氛围感拉满，百人“咖位”变装秀热闹登场：奔跑的摩卡壶、咖啡树女神、趣味咖啡杯造型轮番亮相，跑友们脑洞大开的花式穿搭，让绿道秒变大型时尚秀场。终点还设置了“啡常造型”评选，为脑洞玩家送上惊喜奖品。

边跑边玩边喝咖啡

赛道沿线设置三大咖啡主题能量站，绝非普通补给点。巨型摩卡壶投球、咖啡趣味闯关、互动小游戏轮番上线。大家一边慢跑散步，一边打卡集章，累了就停下来品一杯醇香滇咖，把喝咖啡、玩游戏、看风景统统装进这段路程。

终点派对趣味狂欢

冲过终点不等于快乐结束！终点“啡翔运动派对”火热开启，拿铁举重、咖啡杯投篮等趣味挑战轮番上演，还有精彩舞台表演。完成闯关即可兑换特色礼品，领取专属完赛奖牌，收获满满的仪式感。

跑友心声

西岸的魅力，不止于奔跑

“我在昆明住了8年，今天跑了第一名！”英国友人Jon冲过终点线时，脸上的笑容灿烂无比。他热情地向大家推荐：“沿途的风景太美了，一定要来滇池西岸看看，尝尝这里的咖啡。”

来自香港的施先生跑完9公里后意犹未尽：“风景太好了，跑道可以再长一些！”对他来说，滇池西岸的每一段路都值得慢慢品味——从芦苇荡到湿地，从林荫道到湖岸线，风景在脚步间不断变换。

64岁的黄先生不仅跑完了全程，还参加了终点设置的拿铁举重挑战、咖杯投篮王、解压咖啡拳等5项趣味闯关运动。“年龄从来不是限制，在滇池西岸，每个人都能找到属于自己的奔跑节奏。”黄先生笑着说。（李杭蓉 缪亚平）

On August 5th, the highlight of the 2026 Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival - "Dianka Run" - kicked off with vitality at Danxia Camp. This unique 9-kilometer fun run is not about speed, only about happiness, turning the Dianchi Greenway into a lively "mobile coffee party". Runners, citizens, and tourists from home and abroad gathered together, enjoying the rich aroma of Yunnan coffee while running amidst the lake and mountain scenery, immersing themselves in the romantic summer of the 22 ℃ in the spring city.

Unlike traditional racing running, "Dian Ka Run" focuses on relaxation and joy. The race track stretches along the golden coastline of Dianchi Lake, accompanied by blue waves and fresh flowers. Scenic spots such as Yuyuan and Daguan Tower pass by. The atmosphere at the event was filled with excitement, and a lively cross dressing show featuring hundreds of "cafes" appeared: running mocha pots, coffee tree goddesses, and fun coffee cup designs were showcased in turn. The imaginative and creative outfits of the runners instantly turned the greenway into a large fashion runway. At the finish line, there is also a "regular coffee style" selection, providing surprise prizes for imaginative players.

Run and play while drinking coffee

Three major coffee themed energy stations are set up along the track, which are not ordinary supply points. Giant Mocha pot pitching, fun coffee challenges, and interactive mini games are launched in rotation. Everyone is jogging and taking a walk while checking in and collecting stamps. When they get tired, they stop to enjoy a cup of fragrant Yunnan coffee, including drinking coffee, playing games, and enjoying the scenery.

Crossing the finish line does not mean a happy ending! The "Coffee Xiang Sports Party" at the finish line is now in full swing, featuring fun challenges such as latte weightlifting and coffee cup shooting, as well as exciting stage performances. Completing the challenge can redeem special gifts, receive exclusive finishing medals, and harvest a sense of ceremony.

Mr. Shi from Hong Kong was still unsatisfied after running 9 kilometers: "The scenery is so beautiful, the track can be longer!" For him, every section of the road on the west bank of Dianchi Lake is worth savoring slowly - from reed marshes to wetlands, from tree lined paths to lakeshores, the scenery constantly changes with each step.

Mr. Huang, who is 64 years old, not only completed the entire race, but also participated in five fun challenge events including the Latte Weightlifting Challenge, Coffee Cup Shooting King, and Stress Relief Coffee Fist set at the finish line.
