推动咖啡产业发展广州最高奖3000万元The highest award in Guangzhou for promoting the development of the coffee industry is 30 million yuan

新快报讯 记者黄闻禹报道 8月7日，2026广州咖啡文化季闭幕活动在广州举行，现场发布《广州市推动咖啡产业高质量发展的若干措施》（下称“《措施》”），从产业布局、品牌培育、人才引进等多个维度为咖啡产业链提供系统政策保障。广州正以咖啡为支点，撬动全产业链高质量发展，点燃城市消费新引擎。

在制造端，《措施》明确支持咖啡产品、咖啡设备生产企业围绕扩产能、提效率、降能耗等方向开展技术改造。对符合产业政策的技改项目，在建设期内（最长不超过3年）新设备购置额达到150万元至500万元或500万元以上的技术改造项目，分别按新设备购置额不超过15%、20%的比例给予事后奖励，单个项目奖励不超过3000万元。

《措施》的出台，标志着广州咖啡产业从市场自发生长迈入政策系统引导的新阶段，为广州建设“咖啡之城”注入强劲动能。

《广州咖啡产业发展白皮书（2026）》显示，广州咖啡门店已超8000家，数量稳居全国第二、华南第一。2025年咖啡全产业链年产值达670亿元，直接带动就业超15万人。广州商品交易所2026年1至5月咖啡生豆交易量达12409.92吨，是去年全年的10倍以上。

On the manufacturing side, the Measures clearly support coffee product and coffee equipment production enterprises to carry out technological transformation around expanding production capacity, improving efficiency, and reducing energy consumption. For technology renovation projects that comply with industrial policies, if the purchase amount of new equipment reaches 1.5 million to 5 million yuan or more during the construction period (no more than 3 years), post project rewards will be given at a ratio of no more than 15% and 20% of the purchase amount, respectively. The reward for a single project shall not exceed 30 million yuan.

The introduction of the "Measures" marks a new stage in the development of Guangzhou's coffee industry from spontaneous market growth to policy system guidance, injecting strong momentum into the construction of Guangzhou as a "Coffee City".

The White Paper on the Development of Guangzhou Coffee Industry (2026) shows that there are over 8000 coffee shops in Guangzhou, ranking second in the country and first in South China in terms of quantity. By 2025, the annual output value of the entire coffee industry chain will reach 67 billion yuan, directly driving employment for over 150000 people. The trading volume of coffee beans on the Guangzhou Commodity Exchange from January to May 2026 reached 12409.92 tons, which is more than 10 times that of the whole year last year.
