旧厂房变身创意园区飘咖香，广州海珠瑞宝举办咖啡文化生活节Old factory transformed into creative park with the fragrance of coffee, Guangzhou Haizhu Ruibao holds coffee culture and life festival

产业转移遗留下来的厂房，变身创意园区，不仅吸引新兴产业进驻，还方便属地举办各类活动。记者8月12日从广州市海珠区瑞宝街道获悉，街道近日携手O2PARK创客公园、香港青创主办，区市场监管局、瑞宝街道商会、铂澜咖啡等单位，共同在O2PARK创客公园举办“瑞享咖·啡遇季”2026年瑞宝街道咖啡文化生活节。本地居民、工作者与外来游客，在咖啡香气中感受社区产业升级所带来的新活力。

据悉，近年来随着印刷企业的整体搬迁与产业转型，瑞宝街释放出大量宝贵的发展空间。时尚左岸、东篱创新谷等一批科技创新与文化创意园区相继兴起，为咖啡业态的蓬勃发展提供了理想的物理载体。其中由原广州化工厂蜕变而来的O2PARK创客公园，园区内引入多家主题咖啡店，成为瑞宝街咖啡业态的鲜活标杆。从店铺落户之初，街道便主动靠前服务，精准对接入驻与合规事宜，让咖啡文化这粒“种子”稳稳扎根。目前瑞宝街已集聚32家咖啡经营主体，覆盖十余个社区，初步形成了“产品销售+场景体验”的咖啡业态雏形，成为“一刻钟便民生活圈”里最有温度的节点。

在瑞宝街道咖啡文化生活节活动现场，资深咖啡师把课堂搬进园区，现场教市民和游客如何手冲咖啡及拉花，让市民和游客了解到如何选择好的咖啡豆以及如何冲泡。冲泡咖啡产出大量咖啡渣，具有回收利用价值。在活动现场的咖啡渣创意工坊，工作人员向市民和游客提供植物胶、画布、画笔，指导大家将颜料与咖啡渣混合作画；也有工作人员指导市民和游客用废弃咖啡渣堆肥。通过本次活动，市民和游客既体验到咖啡香味，还通过咖啡学习了解到零废弃理念。

瑞宝街道综合行政执法队队长曾轶国表示，当前街道正在尝试用一杯咖啡重新定义社区生活，将持续整合资源、搭建平台，推动辖区商户打造更多可品、可玩、可感的咖啡文化新场景，让咖啡文化成为邻里互动的新纽带，也让街区经济更有质感、更有温度。

Local residents, workers, and foreign tourists feel the new vitality brought by the upgrading of community industries in the aroma of coffee.

It is reported that in recent years, with the overall relocation and industrial transformation of printing enterprises, Ruibao Street has released a lot of valuable development space. A number of technological innovation and cultural creative parks, such as Fashion Left Bank and Dongli Innovation Valley, have emerged successively, providing ideal physical carriers for the vigorous development of the coffee industry. Among them, O2PARK Maker Park, which transformed from the original Guangzhou Chemical Plant, has introduced multiple themed coffee shops in the park, becoming a vivid benchmark for the coffee industry in Ruibao Street. From the beginning of the store's establishment, the street has taken the initiative to provide front-line services, accurately handling entry and compliance matters, and ensuring that the "seed" of coffee culture takes root steadily. At present, Ruibao Street has gathered 32 coffee business entities, covering more than ten communities, and has initially formed a coffee business model of "product sales+scene experience", becoming the most warm node in the "15 minute convenient living circle".

At the Ruibao Street Coffee Culture and Life Festival, senior baristas moved the classroom into the park and taught citizens and tourists how to make coffee and latte art by hand, allowing them to understand how to choose good coffee beans and how to brew them. Brewing coffee produces a large amount of coffee grounds, which have recycling value. At the coffee grounds creative workshop at the event site, staff provided plant glue, canvas, and paintbrushes to citizens and tourists, guiding them to mix pigments with coffee grounds for painting; There are also staff guiding citizens and tourists to compost with discarded coffee grounds. Through this event, citizens and tourists not only experienced the aroma of coffee, but also learned about the zero waste concept through coffee.

Zeng Yiguo, the captain of the Ruibao Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, stated that the street is currently trying to redefine community life with a cup of coffee. The street will continue to integrate resources, build platforms, and promote merchants in the jurisdiction to create more new coffee culture scenes that are delicious, playable, and sensory. This will make coffee culture a new link for neighborhood interaction, and also make the neighborhood economy more textured and warm.
