一杯咖啡撬动创业新赛道 经开区 “巾帼筑梦” 赋能女性逐梦前行A cup of coffee drives a new entrepreneurial track in the Economic Development Zone, empowering women to pursue their dreams through the "Women's Dream Building" initiative
蚌埠日报.研磨机嗡嗡转动,热水缓缓注入滤杯,咖啡液顺着滤纸缓缓滴落。近日,经开区妇工委“巾帼筑梦・醇享芳华”精品咖啡师轻创业技能培训圆满收官。教室里,30余名怀揣创业、就业想法的女性围坐操作台边,在实操练习中学习咖啡专业技能,探索轻创业发展方向。


“从前只爱喝咖啡,今天才算真正读懂一杯咖啡背后的门道。”参训学员林女士感慨道,从咖啡豆甄别、研磨度调节,到手冲水温把控、拉花技巧,课堂上既有实打实的技术教学,也有接地气的创业避坑分享,让她萌生了开展小型咖啡体验、发展居家副业的想法。本次培训邀请行业资深讲师王雨晨授课,采用“理论讲解+现场演示+一对一指导”模式,搭建起集技能学习、实践操作、资源对接于一体的赋能平台。王雨晨介绍,课程瞄准当下轻创业趋势,不只是教会制作咖啡,更重在引导女性找准小成本创业切入点,降低创业试错成本。
咖啡师培训并非孤例。今年7月,经开区妇工委推出“巾帼筑梦・康养芳华”中医保健营养师创业培训,吸引辖区30名女性参与。课堂上,医师讲授中医经络刮痧技艺,开设产后调理、面部美容刮痧等特色课程,拆解社区康养、居家上门服务等轻资产创业模式,将传统康养技艺转化为女性增收本领,构建起多元的女性技能培训格局。
“很多女性有干事创业的想法,但缺技能、缺思路、缺对接渠道。”经开区妇工委工作人员委李雅洁告诉记者,开展系列培训,瞄准女性兼顾家庭与增收的现实诉求,从小切口、轻创业项目破题,市场需要什么,培训就聚焦什么。经开区妇工委将持续擦亮“巾帼筑梦”服务品牌,拓展家政服务、电商运营、手工制作等培训领域,联动辖区企业、创业孵化基地,提供岗位推荐、创业指导、政策咨询等全链条服务,助力广大女性实现职业理想,为区域高质量发展贡献巾帼力量。

Recently, the Women's Work Committee of the Economic Development Zone successfully concluded the "Women's Dream Building and Enjoying Splendor" boutique barista light entrepreneurship skills training. In the classroom, more than 30 women with entrepreneurial and employment ideas sit around the operating table, learning coffee professional skills and exploring the direction of light entrepreneurship development through practical exercises.
In the past, I only loved drinking coffee, but today I truly understand the secrets behind a cup of coffee, "sighed Ms. Lin, a trainee. From identifying coffee beans, adjusting the grinding degree, to controlling the brewing water temperature and flower pulling techniques, there were both practical technical teaching and down-to-earth entrepreneurial avoidance sharing in the classroom, which inspired her to develop small-scale coffee experiences and home side businesses. This training invited industry veteran lecturer Wang Yuchen to give a lecture, using a "theoretical explanation+on-site demonstration+one-on-one guidance" mode to build an empowerment platform that integrates skill learning, practical operation, and resource docking. Wang Yuchen introduced that the course targets the current trend of light entrepreneurship, not only teaching how to make coffee, but also focusing on guiding women to find the right entry point for low-cost entrepreneurship and reducing the cost of trial and error in entrepreneurship.
Barista training is not an isolated case. In July of this year, the Women's Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone launched the "Women's Dream Building and Health Preservation" entrepreneurship training for traditional Chinese medicine health nutritionists, attracting 30 women from the jurisdiction to participate. In the class, doctors taught the traditional Chinese medicine meridian scraping skills, opened characteristic courses such as postpartum conditioning, facial beauty scraping, dismantled the asset light entrepreneurship models such as community health care and home service, transformed the traditional health care skills into women's income increasing skills, and built a diversified female skills training pattern.
Many women have the idea of starting their own businesses, but they lack skills, ideas, and communication channels, "Li Yajie, a staff member of the Women's Work Committee of the Economic Development Zone, told reporters. A series of training will be carried out to target women's practical demands for balancing family and income. Starting from small incisions and light entrepreneurial projects, the training will focus on what the market needs. The Women's Working Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone will continue to enhance the "Women's Dream Building" service brand, expand training areas such as home service, e-commerce operation, and handicrafts, and collaborate with enterprises and entrepreneurship incubation bases in the jurisdiction to provide full chain services such as job recommendations, entrepreneurial guidance, and policy consultation, helping women achieve their career ideals and contribute to the high-quality development of the region with the power of women.
