（来源：上观新闻）。一杯醇香咖啡，既是海派城市的生活底色，也是基层治理的温暖载体。这个夏天，徐汇区天平街道团工委立足衡复风貌区特色资源，联合辖区独立精品咖啡馆likelikeslike coffee悟同咖啡，推出五期沉浸式咖啡青年夜校体验课。以小小咖啡为纽带，天平街道串联起青年服务、商户共建、社区治理，让新业态商户从街区经营者，变身社区服务参与者、基层治理生力军。

夜幕降临，悟同咖啡的小院暖意融融，青年夜校咖啡体验课如期开课。不同于商业化的技能培训，天平街道定制的咖啡课程兼顾趣味性与专业性，层层递进带领青年打破刻板认知，读懂咖啡背后的文化与匠心。

首堂课程以趣味盲盒杯测的互动小游戏为主，学员抛开品牌、价格、产区的固有标签，通过闻和品的方式，感受多国咖啡豆的独特风味，用感官定义自己喜欢的咖啡口感。后续课程循序渐进，覆盖意式浓缩萃取、奶咖创意拉花、全品类菜单制作、多元器具手冲等四大核心内容，从研磨度、粉水比、水温节奏等专业细节入手，由专业讲师手把手教学，零基础青年也能轻松上手，独立制作专属咖啡饮品。

“原本只是闲暇之余报名体验，没想到收获满满。”参与课程的王女士说道，五期课程不仅学会居家手冲、基础拉花技巧，更摆脱网红营销的固有误区，学会理性品鉴咖啡。不少学员表示，夜间公益课堂丰富了业余生活，搭建了青年交流平台，在轻松的氛围中感受街区文化魅力，真正实现学有所乐、学有所得。

商户扎根街区守初心

双向奔赴书写社区共治温情

灯火氤氲的梧桐街区，likelikeslike coffee悟同咖啡早已成为周边居民、青年游客的暖心港湾。2022年9月，联合创始人张亮带着对城市烟火的坚守，扎根天平衡复风貌区，开启了这家社区型精品咖啡馆。店铺坐落于徐家汇商圈与衡复历史风貌区的衔接之处，承接城市繁华、沉淀老城底蕴，凭借静谧的庭院环境、走心的经营理念，成为街区特色地标。

谈及初心，张亮坦言：“我定居天平街道多年，早已把街区当作家园，希望以微小力量为社区添力。”最让人暖心的是，店铺门口常年对外开放一台AED急救设备。观察到城市公共急救设备多设于室内、夜间无法使用的民生痛点，拥有医疗行业相关经验的张亮，主动对接街道报备，在店外公共区域安置AED设备，全天候向居民、游客开放。同时联动街道开展急救培训，宣讲应急救护知识，为周边群众筑牢安全防线。

扎根社区、深耕民生，公益步履从未停歇。在天平街道咖啡行业党支部的号召下，张亮积极认领社区微心愿，暖心帮扶困难群体。此前，他主动认领新就业群体子女的心愿，精心选购适配的滑板与护具；为困境儿童筹备全套学习文具，细致贴心的帮扶让困难家庭倍感温暖。

党建引领聚新业态

小小咖啡激活基层治理新动能

一家小店温暖一群人，一个行业激活一条街区。作为全市咖啡馆密度最高的街区之一，天平街道坐拥152家精品咖啡馆、600余名咖啡从业青年。立足特色产业优势，街道以党建为引领、团建为抓手，2024年4月成立全市首个咖啡行业党支部，依托共青团徐汇区咖啡行业工作委员会，破解新业态青年分散、组织薄弱、联动不足的治理难题。

在组织引领下，辖区咖啡商户转变经营思维，从“单打独斗”的经营者，转变为“共建共享”的治理参与者。30余家咖啡商户加入“红蕴民生服务矩阵”，常态化开展咖啡渣绿色回收、门责自律整治、公益惠民服务。同时，街道创新“咖啡+”多元模式，打造城市漫步、职业体验、公益促消费等特色活动，盘活街区文旅、公益、消费资源。

从公益夜校滋养青年精神生活，到商户自治守护街区风貌，再到党建凝聚新业态力量，天平街道以一杯小小咖啡为切入点，深耕新兴领域党建、精细化基层治理，让商业温度贴合民生温度，让新业态活力转化为社区治理动力。

This summer, the Youth League Working Committee of Tianping Street in Xuhui District, based on the unique resources of Hengfu Scenic Area, has teamed up with independent boutique coffee shop Likelikeslike coffee Wutong Coffee to launch five immersive coffee youth night school experience courses. Youth Immersive Unlocking Coffee for a New Life

As night falls, the cozy atmosphere of Wutong Coffee's small courtyard blends in, and the Youth Night School Coffee Experience Course starts as scheduled. Unlike commercial skills training, the coffee courses customized by Tianping Street balance fun and professionalism, leading young people to break through stereotypes and understand the culture and craftsmanship behind coffee.

The first lesson is mainly an interactive game of fun blind box cup testing. Students set aside the inherent labels of brand, price, and production area, and experience the unique flavor of coffee beans from multiple countries through smell and taste, defining their favorite coffee taste with their senses. The follow-up courses are gradually progressing, covering four core contents: Italian concentrated extraction, milk and coffee creative latte art, full category menu making, and diversified utensil hand flushing. Starting from professional details such as grinding degree, powder water ratio, and water temperature rhythm, professional lecturers will teach hand in hand, and even young people with zero foundation can easily get started and independently make exclusive coffee drinks.

Ms. Wang, who participated in the course, said, "Originally, I only signed up for the experience in my spare time, but I didn't expect to gain a lot." The five sessions not only taught me how to make homemade coffee and basic latte art skills, but also helped me break free from the inherent misconceptions of internet celebrity marketing and learn how to taste coffee rationally. Many students have expressed that the nighttime public welfare classes have enriched their leisure life, built a platform for youth exchange, and allowed them to experience the cultural charm of the neighborhood in a relaxed atmosphere, truly achieving the goal of learning with joy and gain.

In the densely lit wutong Street, like like like coffee has already become a warm harbor for surrounding residents and young tourists. In September 2022, co-founder Zhang Liang, with his unwavering commitment to urban fireworks, rooted himself in the Tianping Restoration Area and opened this community-based boutique coffee shop. The store is located at the junction of Xujiahui commercial district and Hengfu historical area, inheriting the prosperity of the city and the heritage of the old city. With a quiet courtyard environment and a heartfelt business philosophy, it has become a characteristic landmark of the block.

When it comes to my original intention, Zhang Liang frankly said, "I have been living in Tianping Street for many years and have already regarded the street as my home. I hope to add strength to the community with a small force." The most heartwarming thing is that an AED emergency equipment is always open to the public at the entrance of the store. Observing that urban public emergency equipment is often located indoors and cannot be used at night, Zhang Liang, who has relevant experience in the medical industry, took the initiative to coordinate with the street to report and install AED devices in public areas outside the store, which are open to residents and tourists 24/7. At the same time, we will collaborate with the streets to conduct first aid training, promote emergency rescue knowledge, and build a strong safety line for the surrounding residents.

Rooted in the community and deeply cultivating people's livelihoods, the progress of public welfare has never stopped. Under the call of the coffee industry party branch in Tianping Street, Zhang Liang actively claimed the community's micro wishes and provided warm assistance to disadvantaged groups. Previously, he took the initiative to claim the wishes of the children of the new employment group and carefully selected suitable skateboards and protective gear; Prepare a complete set of learning stationery for disadvantaged children, and provide meticulous and thoughtful assistance to make disadvantaged families feel warm.

Party building leads the gathering of new business models

Small coffee activates new momentum in grassroots governance

A small shop warms a group of people, and an industry activates a neighborhood. As one of the neighborhoods with the highest density of coffee shops in the city, Tianping Street boasts 152 boutique coffee shops and over 600 young coffee professionals. Based on the advantages of characteristic industries, the street takes party building as the guide and youth league building as the starting point. In April 2024, the city's first coffee industry party branch was established, relying on the Xuhui District Coffee Industry Working Committee of the Communist Youth League to solve the governance problems of dispersed youth, weak organization, and insufficient linkage in new business formats.

Under the guidance of the organization, coffee merchants in the jurisdiction have transformed their business thinking from "solo" operators to "co construction and sharing" governance participants. More than 30 coffee merchants have joined the "Hongyun Livelihood Service Matrix" to regularly carry out green recycling of coffee grounds, self-discipline and rectification of household responsibilities, and public welfare services for the benefit of the people. At the same time, the street innovates the "coffee+" diversified model, creating characteristic activities such as urban strolls, professional experiences, and public welfare to promote consumption, and revitalizing the cultural tourism, public welfare, and consumption resources of the block.

From nurturing the spiritual life of young people through public welfare night schools, to protecting the style of the neighborhood through merchant autonomy, and to building new business models through party building, Tianping Street takes a small cup of coffee as the starting point to deeply cultivate party building in emerging fields and refine grassroots governance, making commercial temperature in line with people's livelihood temperature, and transforming the vitality of new business models into community governance power.
