On August 19th, China Eastern Airlines' in-flight coffee experience received a new upgrade. China Eastern Airlines collaborates with Nestle and Starbucks to hold a brand joint event and launch an upgrade to its cloud coffee service. The three parties will integrate a wider range of coffee options into passengers' cloud journeys through the integration of products, channels, and aviation service scenarios.
After this service upgrade, China Eastern Airlines cabin coffee will use coffee made from Nestle China (including Yunnan production area) 100% 4C certified coffee beans and Starbucks 100% Arabica beans. Among them, economy class passengers can enjoy 0 trans fatty acid, 0 hydrogenated vegetable oil low sugar formula coffee, and two class passengers can also enjoy additional hot American, iced bubble American, and room temperature latte made from Starbucks classic Arabica coffee beans. On this basis, China Eastern Airlines will also combine passenger preferences to create and launch more customized coffee drinks in the near future.
It is understood that the smooth implementation of this tripartite cooperation is a specific measure taken by China Eastern Airlines to closely follow the trend of upgrading the aviation and tourism consumption structure and actively respond to passengers' expectations for full process and high-quality aviation services. China Eastern Airlines looks forward to using this tripartite cooperation as an opportunity to focus on the two main lines of "two cabin upgrade" and "cloud services", so that in-flight coffee is no longer a standardized drink, but a unique carrier that enriches passengers' dining experience and highlights personalized services.
