云南网讯（记者 张琦敏 实习生 陈宏媛 胡娜）8月19日，云报×比顿中式咖啡体验馆在昆明云报传媒广场正式开业。恰逢七夕佳节，体验馆以“世界咖啡・中国表达”为核心理念，融合云咖、云花、古法工艺与公益实践，打造全新的云南咖啡文化体验空间，为市民带来不一样的东方咖啡生活新体验。

开业现场，花香与咖香交织。体验馆联合云南省农科院花卉研究所开展主题七夕活动。到店女士可获赠农科院自主研发拥有“中国芯”的月季，包含“宝华”“文秀”“娇龙”等市面少见的特色品种，把农业科研成果化作节日浪漫。消费者购买中式咖啡产品，还可领取鲜花咖啡杯小装置，鲜花置于咖啡杯中，搭配透明外带袋，可放置办公桌装点日常空间。自主知识产权月季与中式咖啡跨界融合，是云花与云咖两大特色产业的联动尝试，推动农业科技成果走进大众消费场景。

除鲜花主题活动外，古法咖啡品鉴、咖啡煮鸡蛋体验同步上线。咖啡店店长孟月茹介绍，体验馆完整还原古法咖啡制作流程，顾客可以体验石磨研磨、陶罐煮制的古法咖啡，饮品加入非遗手工小锅红糖与坚果碎，风味区别于常规美式、拿铁，这套工序源自云南咖农世代相传的饮用习惯，以本土食材赋予咖啡浓郁的东方气质。此外，特色咖啡煮鸡蛋备受欢迎，咖啡液煮沸后焖煮溏心鸡蛋，咖啡醇厚裹挟着鸡蛋鲜香，口感绵密。

同时，体验馆开启“带一株咖啡回家”公益活动，市民可选购咖啡苗盆栽，亲身见证咖啡豆从幼苗生长的全过程。每售出一盆咖啡苗便捐赠5元，每卖出一杯饮品捐赠0.1元，募集的公益基金将用于帮扶山区乡村小学，让一杯咖啡传递社会温度。

据悉，8月19日至21日开业三天，门店同步开启储值优惠、消费满减、免费赠饮、限时9.9元咖啡煮鸡蛋等多重福利。在这里，市民能够读懂咖啡豆从山林走向城市的完整故事，亲手参与研磨煮制，沉浸式感受传统工艺与现代生活碰撞。

The drink is added with intangible cultural heritage handmade small pot brown sugar and crushed nuts, and the flavor is different from conventional American and latte. This process originates from the drinking habits passed down from generation to generation of Yunnan coffee farmers, and uses local ingredients to give the coffee a strong Eastern flavor.
