咖啡面包周启幕！来多彩贵州城，赴一场“发酵”之约Coffee and Bread Week begins! Come to Colorful Guizhou City and make an appointment for a 'fermentation' event
8月20日，2026 Chill Power咖啡面包周在贵阳多彩贵州城正式启幕，活动将持续至8月24日。本次活动由贵州省旅游产业发展集团有限公司与贵州习酒股份有限公司联合主办，以“无数个发酵分子”为主题，集风味体验、音乐演艺、非遗展演于一体，为广大市民、避暑游客带来一场全新的城市微度假体验。
本次活动以“烘焙+酒饮+社交”的形式，融合贵州鼓楼建筑、烘焙肌理、习酒窖池等元素，视觉辨识度十足；同步开发帆布包、钥匙扣、便笺纸等主题周边，把现场的发酵美学变为可以带走的实体记忆。
风味体验上，活动打造君品习酒快闪微空间，开展一场别开生面的“双发酵”风味实验。现场，以君品习酒为基底，结合面包烘焙香气，萃取贵州刺梨与岭南特色鲜果，推出多款适配面包食用的酱香创意特调，让游客直观感受两类不同发酵分子碰撞交融的独特味蕾体验，解锁酱酒消费全新打开方式。活动创新设置“酵醒计划”发酵社交角落。游客可领取专属票根式发酵纪念卡片，写下属于自己被时光“酵醒”的心声。
活动还将音乐与本土非遗深度融入消费场景，丰富昼夜全时段游玩体验。爵士、流行、轻摇滚、本土民谣的多元主题乐队演出轮番上演，每日4场非遗巡游穿梭活动街区，近距离与游客互动，让大家在品鉴烘焙咖啡的同时沉浸式感受贵州民族文化魅力。（彭典）
On August 20th, 2026 Chill Power Coffee and Bread Week officially kicked off in Colorful Guizhou City, Guiyang, and the event will continue until August 24th. This event is jointly organized by Guizhou Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Xijiu Co., Ltd. With the theme of "Countless Fermentation Molecules", it integrates flavor experience, music performance, and intangible cultural heritage exhibition, bringing a new urban micro vacation experience to the general public and summer tourists.
This event adopts the form of "baking+drinking+socializing", integrating elements such as Guizhou Drum Tower architecture, baking texture, and wine cellar, with a strong visual recognition; Synchronize the development of themed peripherals such as canvas bags, keychains, and sticky notes, turning the on-site fermentation aesthetics into tangible memories that can be taken away.
In terms of flavor experience, the event creates a pop-up micro space for Jun Pin Xi Jiu and conducts a unique "double fermentation" flavor experiment. On site, based on Jun Pin Xi Jiu, combined with the aroma of bread baking, Guizhou prickly pear and Lingnan specialty fresh fruits were extracted, and a variety of sauce flavored creative special notes suitable for bread consumption were launched, allowing visitors to intuitively experience the unique taste experience of the collision and fusion of two different fermentation molecules, unlocking a new way to consume sauce wine. Innovatively setting up the "Fermentation Awakening Plan" fermentation social corner. Tourists can receive exclusive root fermentation commemorative cards and write down their own thoughts of being awakened by time.
The event will also deeply integrate music and local intangible cultural heritage into the consumption scene, enriching the day and night travel experience. A diverse theme band featuring jazz, pop, light rock, and local folk music performs in rotation, with 4 daily intangible cultural heritage parades shuttling through activity blocks, allowing visitors to interact up close and experience the charm of Guizhou ethnic culture while tasting roasted coffee.
